Here’s Simon’s update for today, which involves a mention that in the UK water pumped to the home and other things could be an issue for a short time in some areas and he suggests some ideas to cope with that potentiality. It may not happen to anyone on the planet, but it could, and it’s best to be prepared and know what to do in case it does.
There is a war going on and many things are unfolding behind the scenes we are not privy to. If we’re being given a heads up, why not take precautions? Simon explains his perspective on the ongoing operations, timing, etc. Click the link below to watch on Simon’s blog or access the audio only and other platforms.

After a year, we should realize it’s been around the world, we’ve ALL been exposed, and we now have immunity. The very few 1% or so who are delicate have severe, pre-existing health conditions affecting their immune systems. Isolate them. The rest of us should go on about our lives as we always did.
No symptoms… no disease. People need to get over it and get a life; to stop responding like a dog to a trainer. Masks are about control; not a virus.
Let’s hope common sense is catchier than a virus.

My sister-in-law has to have a Covid test 72 hours before she departs to return to Canada and has to go to a drive-through at a Walgreens drug store and pay $139 and “administer” her own test and submit it for processing with their help. What kind of test is it? We won’t know until we get there. She’s had the throat swab in Calgary and is hoping this isn’t the nasal test. They won’t answer any questions over the phone, they just tell you to set up your appointment online and pay. Who knows what kind of hoops they’ve got people jumping through now. Tomorrow we’ll find out.
LT brings us another update today, as well and I’ve not had time to watch.
Must go now. I thought I had published this earlier but there is so much going on around here… response to listing the the old home has been very positive so this weekend will tell the story.
