Here are a few things I think will be very helpful during these final attacks..

PLAY GREGORIAN CHANTS AT A LOW VOLUME IN YOUR HOME. The demons hate hearing them according to many Exorcists who play them during their sessions.

Gregorian chants are the source of the purest modes of music. They penetrate the soul and raise frequencies.

It will clear out the demons….

INTERMITTENT FASTING

Whenever you can fast it is the best thing for cleansing your body of toxins and making it easier to focus on the spiritual.

I do the one where you skip breakfast, eat lunch as late as possible, then eat a small meal just before 8 hours later. The first meal is after 16 hours.

Eric Berg has some great videos on it and keto dieting. Even though he is a scientologist, I don’t hold it against him because he is extremely knowledgeable. Plus his vids are all short and we all like that!

ASK YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL TO PROTECT AND GUIDE YOU. Your Guardian Angel loves you unconditionally and waits on you to ask for their help. Don’t ignore your Guardian Angel…we ALL have one who has been their since we were in the womb. They knew you before you were born and everything about you and your life…
