Last evening we had an airshow of sorts when a sortie of 4, what I believe were F35 fighter jets circled North Phoenix/Scottsdale for about an hour between 6 and 7 pm. On the first pass the four were in a tight V formation. The subsequent passes were in twos, and they kept flying over our house every five to ten minutes on roughly the same path, so many times I lost count. Did these manoeuvres mean anything? Were they testing new planes? Was it a training exercise? I don’t know, but it was impressive and I’ve never seen them do this before.

There was also a colourful sunset last night because someone was doing this all day and it got fairly cloudy in the west. The photo is from our early morning walk in the ‘hood. Not saying it’s bad; it just is. We’re past worrying about chemtrails now and Simon Parkes assures us it’s the “good guys” spraying anti-Covid aerosols. I’m going with that.
