Juan O Savin has repeatedly told us that, although Sidney Powell wrote up the Insurrection Act for Trump’s signature, at the eleventh hour, upon advice from the Alliance Generals and Admirals, he DID NOT EVER sign it. The concern was that it would lead to a U.S. civil war, based upon the predictions of the Quantum Computer.
