The Ningaloo Eclipse: this hybrid solar eclipse takes its name from an Aboriginal word.
A hybrid solar eclipse is set to occur on April 20 this year. Astronomy enthusiasts are ready for such an extraordinary event. This ‘hybrid’ solar eclipse is named the ‘Ningaloo Eclipse’ which only occurs once every 400 years.
The hybrid solar eclipse is the rarest of all solar eclipses. NASA says that because the earth’s surface is curved, the eclipse can change from an annular eclipse to a total solar eclipse or vice versa as the moon’s shadow moves across the earth.

The central (hybrid) eclipse begins at 2:37 UTC and ends at 5:56 UTC on April 20. Greatest eclipse takes place off the coast of Timor at 4:16:47 UTC on April 20. There will be 1 minute and 16 seconds of totality. Duration of the hybrid eclipse is 199 minutes. Some very good news arrived in the pipeline when we learned that Derek Johnson is on a team that will be observing military tribunals to mete out justice for treason so we know we will get accurate and timely information when it’s available. He has made a tremendous difference already to the movement as he is well versed in the Laws and Orders of military law, continuity of government, the Law of War manual, etc.
