Konstantin Sivkov, who holds the position of “Doctor of Military Sciences” at the Academy of Geopolitical Problems has rationalized in his recent article the “complete destruction of the enemy” because NATO has been “moving to the borders of Russia” Sivkov, “Doctor of Military Sciences” has advocated that Russia use nuclear weapons at the Yellowstone supervolcano caldron and the San Andreas fault to totally destroy the infrastructure of the United States of America Sivkov has also advocated using nukes to create tsunamis on America’s coasts to wreak havoc to the economic might of the USA, if America’s perceives aggression towards Russia in not abated, whit Russia exercises a free hand in the Ukraine and quite possible Lithuanian also in the near future. There is one main reason Sivkov’s plan can not easily carried out ant that is because the United States will retaliate in an extremely vicious way and Russian leaders FEAR this.
