Don’t waste your time going to the Doctor for every little thing as the time will pass and it’s NOT good to add extra substances like pills and what they contain as many PILLS can do MORE harm than GOOD and a lot are designed to actual harm you. If God din’t put it in you DO you NEED IT ?  However if you feel your really NEED to go to a Doctor then it may be better to go, just in case as I would hate to see something bad happen.

As you kundalini rises up your spine it will activate each of your chakra energy wheels. Most people have a few already activated but as time goes on, each will activate going up the spine until the top or Crown Chakra is reached. When the Heart is reached around the first day and a have to 2 days, you will want to kiss and hug everyone around you. The LOVE that is felt is hard to put into words for some. I describe it as feeling the love of like 5,000 people ALL at once but NOT in a sick or perverted way. Think of how powerful HUMAN LOVE is and multiply that by 5,000 and you will get the idea. It is SO intense and SO beautiful like a MAJOR love high that we had before and forgot just how amazing and beautiful it is. Make sure YOU drink LOTS of WATER as you will desire it ALL the time and it aids you to take in higher vibrational energies as we are going from a carbon-based body to a crystalline based body system so we can handle our 5th dimensional energies coming in.

The BEST WAYS to GET THROUGH your ASCENSION;

I personally SUGGEST, DRINKING TONNES of WATER or LIQUIDS and LAYING OFF the MEAT PRODUCTS FIRST and the DAIRY LATER. MAKE SMOOTHIES to get YOUR DAILY FRUIT INTAKE. LAY OFF the RED MEAT, then the CHICKEN, then FISH. YOU MUST REMEMBER HOW the PUT “BOVINE” growth hormones in COWS, beef etc. AND MANY POISONOUS SUBSTANCES as well as CANCER AGENTS in our foods. SO it is BEST if POSSIBLE to MAKE your OWN SOUPS and CONDIMENTS, like SALSA etc.

ANYTHING THAT HAS a FACE will NOT FEEL RIGHT to EAT SOON, if not NOW and in the FUTURE as THEY TOO are connected to GOD SOURCE.

ADVICE for any HEART PALPITATIONS. BREATHE THROUGH SLOWLY and CALL on your GUIDES if you FEEL your HEART RATE going faster. This has happened to ME a FEW TIMES. I called my GUIDES and BREATHED SLOWLY in and OUT SEVERAL TIMES staying as CALM AS POSSIBLE.

NOTE: BREATHING SLOWLY in and out, LOWERS THE HEART RATE, and count to 3 and BREATHE in and count to 3 and breathe out. DO NOT PANIC as that RAISES the HEART RATE. AGAIN if you FEEL ANY WORRIES call on your guides. DO NOT PANIC or you may get yourself into an ANXIETY attack. NO you ARE NOT GOING to DIE ! IF WORRIED call an [AMBULANCE to be on the SAFE SIDE if HEART RATE STAYS HIGH for too LONG] But the chances are by the TIME they GET THERE you will be O.K. and VERY MUCH ALIVE.
