Four-Step Plan

1. Hours before the scheduled State of the Union, a designated government official is to come on the airways and announce that there have been some very important developments regarding the financial aspects of the country, so we have decided to delay the State of the Union for 2 days.

2. Then, start leaking out that new financing for the USA has been arranged and further information will be given in the State of the Union Address.  During the 2 day delay, contact key Liberals, Democrats, Black Leaders and others and leak out key information to them as well.

3.  The State of the Union should begin with Justice John Roberts in the beginning and all nine Justices present and in full support.  Roberts will cite the problems with the past government i.e. ran up large debt that could not be repaid, etc.  He paints an ugly picture that is true and clearly places the thoughts in the minds of all listeners that we need a new way.  Roberts explains that we were under a 100 year contracted government that expired and we are now a Republic again and going back to the original Constitution.  He also explains that a series of educational announcements will be coming forward in the next several days to educate everyone and they should be very encouraged that we are back to form of government that were originally intended to be.

4. Then, President Ham is introduced by Justice Roberts and President Ham starts out by assuring everyone it is not as bad as you might think it is.  We have been working a long time preparing for this change over once the USA, Inc. term expired.  Then, he proceeds to give a real, genuine, honest, uplifting and empowering State of the Union speech that changes history for the good in America and that of the world.
