TL;DW version: We’ve received intel that Vic Toews is in Steinbach, MB on March 3 & Stephen Harper (and others) misused travel accommodations and parliamentary funds to campaign for their own party in Ontario (this is distinct from the robocall scandal, which involves misdirecting voters to the wrong polls). Shocking, we know.
