Who are we?
We are a free and sovereign world-wide community of humans whose primary residence is earth and who accept our status as ‘heirs of creation’ in direct relation to Prime Source (God).
Law Structure
We have replaced English-Roman Law with Natural Law. Where English- Roman lawmakers view equity as the most important law in a system of fabricated rules, heirs of creation view love as the most important law in a system of natural facts. We have established the ‘Maxims of Love’ as our guide for maintaining order.
Tribes, federations, towns, states, countries, communities, etc. establish unique customs/constitutions under Natural Law and the Maxims of Love.
Note: Common Law is an English-
Roman Law construct based on equity and is unrelated Natural Law based on love. However, we do recognize that a transitional period may precede a world-wide acceptance and understanding of Natural Law.
Maxims of Love
1. All living systems have a right to be free.
2. All living systems have a right to be protected from the harmful actions of others.
3. All living systems unable or unwilling to live and act in accordance with the maxims of love will be given the opportunity to either correct their behavior or accept the consequences.
4. The community has the right to intervene in all situations where the maxims of love are violated regardless of local laws, customs, ethics, or practices.
Governance
We are each self-governing under Natural Law, which is the law written within the cells of all living systems on earth. Our bands, tribes, communities, states, and countries may each, by free-will, adopt agreed-upon practices that express their uniqueness.
Compliance with governance in a free world looks very different from compliance in a world managed by mind-control and manipulation. We believe humans are inherently good and behave pro-socially when basic needs are met. At the same time, we know that today many are barely surviving. So a blended society will require great skill and understanding until a major geopolitical shift takes place.
It is within this context that we predict a period of massive world-wide transition to begin very soon and last over the next couple of years. We encourage all Respublica of Earth communities to prepare NOW by staffing education, support, and healing centers.
Justice
The Respublica of Earth constitution is based on the Maxims of Love. It is minimal to allow each band, tribe, or community flexibility in developing customs and practices that reflect their unique values as well as the means of enforcing them under Natural Law.
The International community has developed laws that are more specific and can guide the local processes if needed. These may be found in the Armistice & Accord reference section. To access this document, click Documents.
We predict an imminent geopolitical shift that will soon greatly reduce the need for traditional courts and eliminate the current cumbersome procedures. We also predict the eventual elimination of most jails and police forces in favor of local protection and re-education services. Judges will be replaced by local respected community leaders acting as justices. Courts will consist of jurors who are selected and agreed upon by both parties involved in the case on a case-by-case basis. We encourage Respublica of Earth tribes, bands, and communities to begin functioning this way now as models for future communities.
Respublica is derived from the Middle French word, republique, from Latinrespublica, from res thing, wealth +publica, feminine of publicus public — First Known Use: 1604 (see Merriam-Webster). Denotes a public receivership.
