Canada – War Crime: NATO Deliberately Destroyed Libya’s Water Infrastructure
From Canada: I may have sent this out before but here it is again. I had read about this before that Libya had
discovered a huge aquifir and had put in a pipeline to all of Africa so they could start planting food and our military
poisoned the aquifer and destroyed the pipeline. Also if you do research you will see that Khadafi spoke at
the UN and I listened to the translation and he wanted peace and was not a threat. Every young couple that
married got $50,000 from the government to put towards buying a home plus other humanitarian things that
he did. People need to know the truth; pass it on.
And how about the support of Israeli Apartheid, the destruction and
violent actions against Palestine and its people? I’ve never met a
Canadian who thinks shooting fish in a barrel is fair… except for our
politicians, including the NDP. Even the Israeli population is starting
to wake up on that score…. why can’t our government, when the UN
has stuck its nose in and called it all a WAR CRIME?
The “Great Man-Made River” created by Qaddafi, stood as what some
were calling the 8th Wonder of the World, turning vast expanses of
desert into agricultural lands and supplying all Libyans with a steady
supply of water; it was DESTROYED by NATO (Read, CANADA TOO) and
then, to add injury to injury to insult, they destroyed the plant where
the huge pipes carrying the water were being built.
THAT IS A WAR CRIME BY LAW.
SINCE WHEN DO CANADIANS STAND BY THOSE WHO COMMIT
WAR CRIMES, MUCH LESS PARTICIPATE IN COMMITTING THEM?
you will not vote for anyone who supports this sort of criminality in the
Government of Canada.

The deliberate destruction of a nation’s water infrastructure, with the
knowledge that doing so would result in massive deaths of the
population as a direct consequence, is not simply a war crime, but
potentially a genocidal strategy.
It raises serious questions about the conventional mythology of a clean,
humanitarian war in Libya – questions that mainstream journalists
appear to be uninterested in, or unable to ask.

I WAS DISGUSTED AT HOW THEY HANDLED THIS SO MORBIDLY AND WHAT THEY DID TO A GOOD MAN.
