Space Weather Update: 09/12/2015
By Spaceweather.com, 09/12/2015
EMERGING SUNSPOT: A new sunspot is emerging in the sun’s southern hemisphere: movie. Since yesterday, AR2414 has more than quadrupled in size, and it has a ‘beta-gamma’ magnetic field that harbors energy for M-class solar flares. This could end a weeks-long stretch of low solar activity. Stay tuned. Solar flare alerts: text orvoice
BIG AURORAS: Yesterday, Sept. 11th, a stream of solar wind and a minor CME hit Earth’s magnetic field almost simultaneously. The result was a strong (G3-class) geomagnetic storm that sparked bright lights around the Arctic Circle. Veteran aurora photographer Ole Salomonsen says “it was not only the best display of the season so far, but maybe one of the best I have ever witnessed.” He sends this self-portrait, an aurora silhouette, from Tromsø, Norway:

“I could not resist putting my self into the shot to show the scale of things,” he says. “It looks out of proportion, but this is how it really was! The auroras were enormous.”
During the peak of the storm, Northern Lights were seen in the USA as far south asNew York, Wisconsin, andWashington State.
The storm is subsiding now, but it could flare up again as Earth passes through the wake of the CME. NOAA forecasters estimate a 70% chance of polar geomagnetic storms on Sept. 12th. Aurora alerts: text or voice
THE MORNING PLANET SHOW: Planets are gathering in the morning sky. Venus and Jupiter have recently emerged as morning “stars,” rising in the east ahead of the sun, joining Mars in an array of lights that lets early risers view 1/3rd of the solar system at a glance. The display will continue–and improve–as autumn unfolds. This was the view on Sept. 10th:

Jean-Baptiste Feldmann took the picture from Nuits-Saint-Georges, France, just before sunrise on Thursday. At the time, the crescent Moon was passing by Venus en route to Jupiter, adding its luster to that of the planets. “It was a beautiful view,” says Feldmann.
More scenes like this are in the offing. On Oct. 8th the crescent Moon will have another close encounter with Venus (sky map), followed one day later by a near miss of Jupiter and Mars (sky map). Every morning thereafter, the planets will converge until Oct. 24th – Oct. 29th when they fit within a circle only 5o wide (sky maps: #1, #2, #3,#4, #5, #6). Typical binoculars can see a patch of sky about 6o or 7o degrees wide. So when the triangle of planets shrinks to 5o, they will fit together inside a binocular field of view. Imagine looking through the eyepiece and seeing three planets–all at once.
By the time October comes to an end, the planetary triangle will start breaking apart. But there are still two dates of special interest: Nov. 6th and 7th (sky maps:#1,#2). On those increasingly wintry mornings, the crescent Moon will swoop in among the dispersing planets for a loose but beautiful conjunction.
Look east before sunrise. There’s a lot to see.

WILDFIRE AT THE EDGE OF SPACE: On Sept. 6th, Spaceweather.com and the students of Earth to Sky Calculus launched a space weather balloon equipped with radiation sensors. It was a regular flight, part of their weekly program to monitor cosmic rays in the atmosphere. En route to the stratosphere, cameras on the payload looked back and observed an enormous wildfire. This is the view from 109,600 feet:

The massive plume of smoke, pictured right, is coming from the Rough Fire, an 86,000 acre inferno raging through King’s Canyon National Park in central California. Smoke from the fire is choking much of the Sierra Nevada mountain range where our space weather balloons are launched.
We’ve been using balloons and Geiger tubes to monitor cosmic radiation for the past two years. This particular balloon flight attempted something new: using microbes to measure radiation. Five different strains of yeast were flown alongside conventional radiation sensors to calibrate the microbes’ response to cosmic rays. This kind of experiment could lead to new and improved techniques for measuring the biological effectiveness of high-altitude radiation.
HEY THANKS! The students of Earth to Sky Calculus wish to thank Dr. Mark Casafrancisco, whose generous donation of $500 made this research flight possible. Here is his business card floating in the stratosphere:

“Sending my business card to space not only allows me to support your student research program, but also shows how proud I am of our out-of-this-world family of stellar staff and pediatric dentists at Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre in Vancouver, BC, Canada!” he says.
Readers, if you would like to sponsor a research flight and see your photo at the edge of space, please contact Dr. Tony Phillips to make arrangements.
All Sky Fireball Network
Every night, a network of NASA all-sky cameras scans the skies above the United States for meteoritic fireballs. Automated software maintained by NASA’s Meteoroid Environment Office calculates their orbits, velocity, penetration depth in Earth’s atmosphere and many other characteristics. Daily results are presented here on Spaceweather.com.
On Sep. 12, 2015, the network reported 44 fireballs.
(43 sporadics, 1 September epsilon Perseid)

In this diagram of the inner solar system, all of the fireball orbits intersect at a single point–Earth. The orbits are color-coded by velocity, from slow (red) to fast (blue). [Larger image] [movies]
Near Earth Asteroids
Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs) are space rocks larger than approximately 100m that can come closer to Earth than 0.05 AU. None of the known PHAs is on a collision course with our planet, although astronomers are finding new ones all the time.
On September 12, 2015 there were 1608 potentially hazardous asteroids.

DAILY VIBRATION & MANDALA REPORT: Sept 12th 2015

By Personal Mandalas, 09/12/2015
Saturday September 12th’s vibration (12+9+2+0+1+5) = 29/11 (/2). It’s an 11 MASTER number day today! To trully appreciate the metaphysical meaning of this vibration, one needs to understand the GEOMETRY it creates, the geometry of LIGHT itself!
11 is known as THE Master number because it reflects the expansion of consciousness, of LIGHT, when two 1’s are joined, as represented by the two circles (the number 1 is expressed geometrically as the circle), joining in the geometry of 11, the Vesica Piscis, ( which shows that 1+1=3, not 2, the revelation of the trinity is revealed through this symbol!).
And naturally, The word LIGHT has a letter total of 11, too!
(Visit my website for more info on 11’s energy & symbolism:
http://www.blueprint4creation.com/holytrinity.htm)
11 reveals to us what we are, light-beings who are reflections of the creator looking back upon itself throughout the whole of creation.
The 11:11 phenomena triggers this awareness: it is the divine spirit reminding us of who we really are, and connects us with the Unity of creation, it opens up a gateway in our consciousness that leads us back home to the source of that light within us all. If you can embody and ground this light today, you can tap into immense spiritual WISDOM, which is another word that vibrates to the number 11.
Interestingly, the word Duality adds up to 11 too, and it is this illusion that the 11 can teach us to overcome, and indeed it is this polarised perception that will be transformed as we enter the new cycle of cosmic awareness.
When the marriage of polarity occurs, such as in the instance of balancing the left and right brain perceptions equally, our awareness is reborn.
This concept is the key message that underpins the geometric symbolism of the 11, the Vesica Piscis, and the holy trinity, the joining of the two to create the third.
With the 11 we have two 1’s. 1 is the vibration of the independent pioneer, the one that blazes the trail, the one that goes forth with determination, enthusiasm and conviction.
While under an 11 you can be very independent and are able to stand on your own two feet firm and balanced without support, rather like the symbol of 11 itself, standing firm like two strong pillars.
The 11th card in the Tarot is Justice. A King sits on a throne between the two pillars of 11. In one hand he holds a sword and in the other a pair of scales. His sword is the sword of discrimination, the 11 seeks to cut through all illusion and determine the truth, and the scales bring about balance through justice, weighing everything up and coming to a correct decision.
You will have to make decisions quickly and with sharp clarity today. It is an exciting time, full of inspiration, causing you to feel impulsive and invincible…this has a lot to do with the double-dose of 1 energy, bringing supreme self-confidence, faith and a strong belief in the self.
The 29th card in the Tarot is the 3 of Wands. In the traditional image a male figure stands on the edge of a cliff, between two wands planted firmly in the ground, as he holds onto a 3rd wand, gazing accross the sea towards far and distant lands.
Here we can see the symbols of 11, the 2 wands that he stands between, and the 3rd, implying the power of creative multiplication which is accessed through the image of the Vesica Piscis.
The energy of the 3 implies MOVEMENT, the creative act occurs when the 2 move together, and then LIGHT is unleashed in the mind of the initiate.
The man can suddenly see the whole picture, he can see where his future opportunities lie, and his plans for the future show great promise.
This vibration gives you the self-confidence to move forward towards that bright future today!
And if it’s your birthday today, then this vibration stays with you for the year as your Personal Year vibration! Go well everyone! Enjoy your week-end!

September 12 2015 Energy of the Day NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE VIRGO
By Gaiablooming, 09/12/2015
Horoscope September 12 2015 NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE VIRGO
If you are west coast or further west, today is the day of the New Moon Solar Eclipse event that eases into the early morning hours of tomorrow! The New Moon in Virgo peaks 11:41 pm PDT and kicks off the Solar Eclipse energy which will be seen from parts of South Africa and Antartica
The new moon is always a potent time for planting seeds of intention and this being an Earth sign and in eclipse energy, these are potent seeds of change that we are planting. Virgo is the sign that connects us into our Earthly body, our vehicle of being on this planet and the day begins with a connection to Chiron in Pisces bringing healing to our being (body), mind, spirit and soul. Its a cue from the universe to remember that you are worthy of treating yourself well and to wellness! There are connections with Pluto and Uranus before the day is over, bringing in the powerful agents of shift to help trigger us to show us where shift needs to happen and to bring opportunity of change in our being, doing and structure. As the day moves closer to the new moon, Lilith will conjunct the North Node in awesome synchronicity. If there is energy in us that insists on our authenticity, its Lilith. Allow part of your shift and intention in this new moon to be to connect to your divine feminine, to the wild unknown within you that drives you closer to your desires and take a moment and thank Eve for her part in all the shift! So much more in the horoscope video below and also in our weekly GPS! Namaste!
GPS: Check out the wild feminine coming through in the weekly reading! And a side note… the times are off a bit for the eclipse! They are correct above!
take a moment and dedicate it to peace ❤
