I received some Intel very late last night of a group that has been paralleling us that they are being paid on Friday 10/30. We know that ALL must be completed in the 10th month Gregorian.This week is being set up exactly like it has in the past.I’m not going to say that today is not our day but , in the past this final week is a repeat.Iraq should be paid by the 28th.The 29th is when new money is moved in Iraq and the 30th is Friday,the end of business week and month. Throw in the UN operational rate due 10/29 for 11/1 and then add all the drama in our Congress with Rep Bohner departing on 10/30.They will announce,today Ron Paul for his replacement but they are trying to pass a budget before he is elected in on 10/28. Now add in Iraq to sell bonds again starting 11/1.
This is the classic Tuesday -Wednesday -Thursday scenario Realize that at any point this can still happen at any moment.No one has to wait BUT come November 1,the whole world definitely will know!! 
Today is a full moon,a completion of a lunar cycle and perhaps our path to the bank,and the activation of money to the people of Iraq.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region — German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen arrived in Erbil Monday evening after several meetings with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad the same day, reports Rudaw’s Sangar Abdulrahman at the Erbil International Airport.

Von der Leyen was received by senior Kurdish officials upon her arrival.

“Von der Leyen is scheduled to visit a German training base in Erbil at first, and later will meet Masoud Barzani, the president of the Kurdistan region, and Nechirvan Barzani, the prime minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government,” said Abdulrahman.

Von der Leyen met Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi and Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jabouri earlier Monday.

In September 2014 on her first visit to the Kurdistan region, von der Leyen assured the Kurdistan region at a press conference with Masoud Barzani that Germany would assist the region in the fight against ISIS, vowing to supply the Peshmerga with sufficient weapons.

“It is clear that a lot of support has arrived but more is needed,” said von der Leyen at the press conference, adding that Berlin would consider sending military doctors to work alongside the Peshmerga on the front lines.

Von der Leyen’ second visit to the Kurdistan region took place in January 2015

Germany has been one of the main providers of anti-tank missiles to the Peshmerga.

Rudaw has learned that 100 German advisers have trained 1,000 Peshmerga. Germany has handed over military aid worth $77 million to the Kurdistan region, including 30 MILAN missile launchers with 500 missiles.

The first cargo plane carrying the first delivery of high-tech German weapons arrived in Erbil on September 25, 2014 following Leyen’s first visit.

Tehran intends to participate in the BRICS New Development Bank, the Iranian Tasnim news agency reported on Monday, citing an Iranian official.

The Iranian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Mohammad Khazaee said at a meeting of a joint Iran-Brazil economic council that the country is aiming to join the BRICS bank.

The Bank was established in July at the BRICS summit in the Russian city of Ufa. The NDB intends to promote sustainable development in BRICS states. The start-up capital is $50 billion and is projected to reach $100 billion. The headquarters of the bank is in Shanghai.
NDB is headed by a veteran Indian banker KV Kamath, who said the bank would be giving its first loans in April 2016.

BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa – comprise about 30 percent of world’s GDP in PPP terms and are projected to increase to as much as 45 percent by 2030. The bloc already accounts for 17 percent of world trade.

Last week, Russian Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak visited Iran where he negotiated a Russia-Iran bank to boost joint projects. The report of Iran joining BRICS bank appears to be linked to Novak’s visit.

I went to a WFB today to buy some Dong. I was told that they didn’t have it on their screens. I asked if I could see the screen and was promptly shown the screen. The young lady said she had a business customer very excited about the same currencies that I was inquiring  about. She asked me what was going on so I told her about the text messages my cuz and I share. Her eyes almost popped out of their sockets when she read the texts. She asked if I would stop in from time to time to keep her informed about this. I said why not. I went home and called up a foreign currency teller at another WFB branch and was told that the Dongs weren’t in circulation at this time. As a rule I used to get bounced around when I inquired about the currencies. I asked about the Dong ,Yuan , Rupiah, Iraqi Dinar .  So maybe this is good news for a change from the Banks.
