11-21-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru Mnt Goat …about the second week in November they began ramping up the news with a series of articles on the process to delete the zeros and have not stopped since. – they told us of intentions to gradually wean off the currency auctions and FLOAT the dinar – they introduced the project to delete the zeros to us again and explained it in detail – they then told us they were ready to begin the process thus launch the 50k notes. So we are now witnessing the end to this project. The final steps. They are even telling us they are going to launch the $500 dinar. A 500 dinars note was issued in October 2004 so I think they are just issuing a new edition with more security features and maybe Kurdistan symbols on it. The Next Step after launching these lower denoms is the raising the value and putting the dinar on the FLOAT currency regime. This they tell us will complete the process, it is the completion of their currency reform.
11-21-2015 Newshound Guru mike …as far back as 2012, the plan didn’t include the 50k, that’s a new change that came up in the recent past. I’ve got reports from the Ministry of Planning, a report to the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, a report that’s submitted to Congress saying the note was going to be worth 50k, not a 50k itself. I realize that’s not the plan, now. ISIL and the price of oil have gummed up the works and apparently, the only way they can get something done is to have the IMF come in and set things right, move to Article VIII and get some value added to the dinar. …I just don’t believe it’s always been the plan.

Isa52BC: (Late Friday Night) Hi everyone! just a quick forex update, as I’m out of town and on an unsecure connection in the hotel…The forex site I monitor out of London is doing some really odd stuff tonight with their chart screens.
The USD/IQN is showing 1465 down to -.0002 on the Y Axis of the chart…yet the middle of the chart says ” No Data Available” Usually when I see a PIPS chart it doesn’t show the Y Axis up to 1465, it only shows up to .0002 or .4000
Also, some of the other charts in the basket are showing PIPS for their Y Axis that VERY RARELY show PIPS….makes you go hmmmmmm!!!!!!

Megameaflionear: Iraq calls for OPEC unity for oil price recovery
TEHRAN Nov. 21 (Shana) — Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi called on other member countries of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to preserve their unity in order for oil prices to recover.
“OPEC countries must make the best decision through cooperation with each other and proper assessment of the oil market status,” said the Iraqi official, on the sidelines of a gas conference in Tehran.
“Each OPEC member has its own views but the unity of the members within the organization must be preserved,” said Abdul Mahdi.
The Iraqi oil minister was attending the Tehran ministerial meeting of Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) on Saturday.
“We are formulating some decisive measures to recover oil prices,” he said.

“Global oil markets are bearish these days and the market is awash with surplus oil supplies, reducing the prices,” he said.
“We hope the prices will increase in the beginning months of 2016 and we shall wait and see what OPEC members will agree upon in the December meeting,” he added.
The GECF ministerial meeting is being held to prepare the draft declaration of the 3rd GECF Summit Meeting to have it conveyed to the upcoming COP 21 conference in Paris.

WHEN THE IRAQI SMALL DENOMINATIONS ARE RELEASED DUE TO A CHANGE IN PRICES AND THE RAISE TO A HIGH VALUE FOR THE DINAR — A RESULT OF THAT WILL BE THE RELEASE OF INTERNATIONAL VALUES/PRICES FOR THE DINAR.

About the second week in November they began ramping up the news with a series of articles on the process to delete the zeros and have not stopped since.
They told us of intentions to gradually wean off the currency auctions and FLOAT the dinar – they introduced the project to delete the zeros to us again and explained it in detail – they then told us they were ready to begin the process thus launch the 50k notes.
So we are now witnessing the end to this project. The final steps.
They are even telling us they are going to launch the $500 dinar.
A 500 dinars note was issued in October 2004 so I think they are just issuing a new edition with more security features and maybe Kurdistan symbols on it.
The Next Step after launching these lower denoms is the raising the value and putting the dinar on the FLOAT currency regime.
This they tell us will complete the process, it is the completion of their currency reform.
