“It is I, Quan Yin.

In your perception of reality, you have much to process, much to feel, and much to understand. It is an interpretation of reality that you are experiencing, and that is different for each of you. You are capable of experiencing what is in front of you through several different lenses.

The lens through which you interpret reality is often the one that you are most accustomed to using. It is through this lens that you then begin to construct your belief systems. And when you do this, you make sure to filter out any evidence to the contrary, because you want to feel safe. And in order to feel safe, you must convince yourself that you are right, that you have mastered the reality in which you find yourself.

So there is reinforcement all around you to convince you that the lens you are using is the correct one. So how do you know whether something is real or whether something is just your perception? Everything is real. Everything is.

You are deciding which version of reality you want to experience. You can continue to experience the reality that gives you comfort because it is familiar and predictable, or you can throw all of that out the window and decide that you want to experience reality through a frequency that you set consciously in your being-ness.

So instead of seeking to change the reality that you are in, the reality that you perceive, simply decide that you want to explore a frequency. That frequency will become your new lens, and you will be surprised by how much you can perceive once you try it on for size, once you give yourself a taste of what it is like to create your reality by the simple act of your perception of it through a different lens, through a more pleasing frequency.

Try taking a broader perspective finding ways to help others who need help and lend a hand to them. There are many opportunities to participate that will strengthen building your community.

For many it is time to actively participate with organizations that provide food and shelter for others.

Community gardens are excellent examples of this, giving you ways to help another. Speaking kind words and sharing the joy of life with people is a very simple way of bringing more light to the planet.

Reach out and make a difference in someone else’s life and your life will be blessed as well. Share a meal, share your home share the good you have will expand your community in positive ways.

“It is I, Quan Yin.

Are you able to feel everything that you experience as a vibration? Are you able to determine the vibrational quality of a thing, a person, a place, an experience, or a moment? This is a skill that you are learning to develop. It is an important skill as you move forward into the fifth dimension. You are learning to work with vibration.

You are giving yourselves opportunities to practice and to play with the frequency of whatever vibration you are experiencing. You have tools and abilities that you are unlocking at this time. You do not quite understand how powerful you are, but you are waking up. And you are waking up to this knowledge that you have of how to shift, of how to measure vibration, and how to alter frequency.

You are going to do so as easily as you adjust the volume on one of your devices. You are accessing inner technology that far surpasses anything that you have created in the physical. Now is your opportunity to tune yourselves to the vibrations you would like to experience, but in order to do so you must be willing to experience all of the vibrations that are around you and that are within you. You need the information that they contain.

This is one of the reasons why it is so important for you to be present and for you to feel. So just take a moment now and feel for the vibrations that are around you. See if you can determine the difference in the vibration between the plant, the pet, the other person, and the piece of furniture. Just familiarize yourselves, for now, with all of these vibrations and more. You are becoming masterful, and you are ready to become even more.

En-Joy.  You see?  Find the Joy.  As you focus on the darkness, on the hardship, lower vibrational ideas, well that is what will be supported.  So find the Joy.  ” But King Arthur, you don’t understand how hard it has been, how tough things are right now. ”  Indeed I do. That is why I am urging you to find the Joy.  As you do, you will raise your vibration, raise your consciousness and help to bring positive changes, positive healings to all aspects of your life. So I repeat.  Find the Joy.  Find Joy in the little things. Do that which is Joyful to you.  Simply reflect on those remembrances that are Joyful and cherish the Joy from within. Whatever your method, your methodology, find the Joy.  It will change everything. And so it is.

Quan Yin ~ Accept Love

“It is I, Quan Yin.

Believe that you can accept the love of another. It is easier to accept the love of another than it is to love oneself. But many of you are so accustomed to not loving yourselves that you cannot or will not accept the love of another.

And I know that there is the philosophy that says love yourself first, and that is a wonderful practice if you are capable of doing it. But if you are not willing to let another love you, then what chance do you really have of loving yourself first?

So when someone else loves you, accept it. When someone gives you a compliment, receive it. When someone offers you affection, take it. Feel how it feels to receive love. It feels good. You will feel good receiving the love of another, and that is the indicator that you need to go by.

Now I also understand that for many of you there is a tendency to look for others to love you, and that it can be a substitute for loving yourself, and that for some it has even become an addiction, as you try to get the attention and the love from others that you never got before. For those of you who fall into that category, I want to recommend that you love others, that you give others the love that you seek.

So do not look to just receive love without giving any back. Give love freely and openly and accept love, and you will find that it is much easier then for you to be in the frequency of love. And as you be in the frequency of love, you will find it easier to love yourself. It does not matter how you get there, you see. And you will. I promise you.

Quan Yin ~ Karma

“It is I, Quan Yin.

What is karma? What does that mean to you, to have karma with someone else? It means something different to each of you. Some of you see it as punishment, unless it’s good karma. But it rarely is. You rarely talk about good karma from other lifetimes, but that must exist if its opposite does.

So when things are going your way, do you like to take credit for it in this lifetime, or do you like to think that you earned that good fortune in a past life? And when things are not going your way, some of you like to talk about a past life and others of you would prefer to see it as something that you have done in this lifetime, because then it’s something you have control over.

But the bottom line is this: it does not matter how your circumstances came to be what they are. It only matters what you do with what is in front of you. ‘How can this be of service to me?’ is a question worth asking yourself. ‘How can I love this a little more? How can I enjoy and savor this good fortune?’

Whatever it is that is in front of you, be present with it, be curious about it, and release it from any and all attachments that you may have placed upon it. See your lives as unfolding beautifully and always for the purpose of your evolution.

Your evolution does not have to be an uphill battle or a struggle. It can be a joyous journey, and you can see yourselves as the creators of everything that is in front of you, because you are so much more than what you have known yourselves to be. And it does not matter when you created it, just so long as you realize that you created it to serve you. That is how good you are.
