A concrete bench is made with the legs to look like tree stumps and the seat like that of a weathered wood plank. Though some would call this faux bois, it is not of artistic quality, but passes for wood. Part 1 shows how I make concrete tree stumps and part 2 shows how to make the plank seat.

Hand carved concrete dead oak trees in a bird aviary and bunny habitat. i Dig Ponds.com now offers installation of artificial theme building. These 5 trees start at approx 8′ high to over 14′, there are hidden planting pockets for future greenery. There is more detail especially in the colors than can be seen on this video. On the floor we have created a Dirt look concrete floor with layer of hay and pitched for easy cleanouts. We will add more video of this project when we have time to edit the raw footage in including the small aquascape koi pond in the corner.
