Well, good morning everyone!

First of all, my apologies for not greeting you with a Morning Letter yesterday.  I guess it just wasn’t meant to be!  — You’ve had those days when, before you could blink your eye… the day was ending? And so I am doing my best to get this done before I sleep so that it will be there, to greet you as you begin your day.

And yes, it appears that the RV is really upon us. And do not worry about being “missed” and not knowing when it is time. I will definitely tell you.

Folks… dear Ones, as I was contemplating today’s letter and what to discuss, I seemed to be prompted to speak about something I usually avoid… dark energies and what they can do.

This is something I have avoided all my life… if I found myself reading something that was taking me there – I left. I have always been aware that “thoughts ARE things.”

Yes, thoughts have creative energy. They also have attractive energy. And I have guarded my choice of thought with that awareness. So we must always be aware of the frequency we are broadcasting, as the ethers are full of like frequencies that attract one another… both good and not so good.

But sometimes we can be “hit” when we are not “inviting” it through our own thought frequency. I didn’t know this until I became “known” – and sort of a moving target.

Sometimes, some of the best-intentioned good people have been “exploring” the Internet – communicating with new acquaintances, trying new “practices” and become a carrier… so that when we talk with our friend, we get “hit.” – Our friend, unintentionally “delivers” this dark energy to us.

How do we know this has happened? We just don’t feel like ourselves. For me – I cannot use my brain – I am sort of immobilized. I am just not myself – non-productive. And it is so subtle, it takes a while for me to wake up to what is wrong with me.

And then I ask my Higher Self, by using my pendulum. And PLEASE — never use your pendulum to communicate with “others.” THIS is an open door – you open yourself to all kinds of intrusions. But you can ask your Self. And then, when I get confirmation, I always call Peg Thompson who can clear me and restore me back to normal. And we must honor Peg’s ministry. Remember, she does work on donations. And we do not want to be “takers” – there should always be an exchange.

Why am I telling you this? I really don’t like to even acknowledge that this kind of thing exists, but it does. And, in these last days, the unbalanced energies are resorting to any kind of disruption they can. That is why we remind ourselves to only GO WITHIN. Go to our own Heartmind. Practice the Violet Flame – and do Ashtar’s White Pillar of Protection. Guard the purity of our own Beingness at all times.

And watch the ones you follow. There are messengers… I cannot even read one of their messages, and I get hit. I know not to play with fire. We want to keep ourselves clean and pure with high vibrations at all times!  We must know that “we don’t know what we don’t know.” We are not as sophisticated as we would like to think we are.

There is no safer place than our own heart of Love. All the answers we are looking for are always to be found within. We ARE connected!  We do not need to look outside of our own sacred BEingness. We certainly do not need to consult with another human.

Call on our Beloved Sananda. He DOES hear every call. Or call on your favorite Ascended Master. Let’s do our Violet Flame and Pillar of Protection everyday. Hold our own counsel. We KNOW. This IS an inside job! We must acknowledge our own sacredness.

I do love you all. These end times are times of our final tests, our final initiations that will reveal our level of attainment. We must love, honor, and trust our Selves more than anything. That is why we came here… to the “hardest school in the Universe.”
