Yada: Here is the reason why we are expectant,,the IMF gave the loan money to Iraq because the met the reforms needed in the country,,,the increase in the rate was part of the reforms,,the rate is up in Iraqequivalent to our $1.18,,and Ray,,stated the RV is done and we are in the process of it reaching in the form of increased rates,,,

Linnieq:  If the people of Iraq are happy with the financial reform to $1.18 and have now moved on to the corruption, doesn’t it stand to reason that the movement of the rate to $3.71 could take forever? They are not known for getting in a hurry.

DMBentley:  lynnieg… the in country rate of $1.18 is not indicative of the international rate of exchange with other countries currencies…

Yada:  exactly dmbently,,,,their increase was an incremental one,, lynnieq,,no, we are not waiting for it to float upward,,just like they increased it from .1186 to 1.18,,it will go to $3.71,,,

Yada:  Here is what everyone gets confused,,their rate was increased to the same value as our $1.18,,that doesnt mean they are actually getting $1.18 or will actually get $3.71 when it increases for us,,it means their value has increased to the same value as our $1.18 and shortl $3.71

At the request of the country, a credit rating agency will evaluate the country’s economic and political environment to determine a representative credit rating. Obtaining a good sovereign credit rating is usually essential for developing countries in order to access funding in international bond markets.”  While I do believe things are and will get better in Iraq, they have to get Parliament to a functional state passing the needed legislation for economic advancement and political cohesion. Making payments to the Paris Club and the Kuwaiti’s would also be a good thing.

In other words everything I’m telling you is the equivalent…and it is happening in Iraq…with very slight differences…using theAmerican dollar until they were ready to bring back the Kuwait dinar…back to the international rate…with these loans they will quickly remove anything that is left as a remainder of Article8…once they do qualify and all of Article 8 is removed…

IMO…all they need to do is raise the value of their currency…and that is it…that should be the final restriction..

 I believe that TIME FRAMED is within this year of 2016…that IMO…has been made by the IMF and the CBI and will be presented to you…but if a final decision on whether or not to raise the value of their currency and a final decision has been made on the rate by the GOICBI…then they need to do the final steps that brings it….

And I think that is where we are at…and I think that is what you are going to see…from now until September…And I’m not telling you that September is the RV month…there is a TIME FRAMED…and they have made a decision…IMO

Kaseyko1:  Rover, thanks for the tidbit! When I spoke with my attorney the other day, he indicated that some “whale” clients received notification for exchange. He did not indicate what date but that “we were here” at seeing the RV.

Artneto:  Honestly, I was very surprised that we did not wake to 800#. Then I heard that they were waiting for banks to close in Hawaii. That was an hour and half ago. So news that we will see it tomorrow!! Im excited!    I think this is finally it!
