A. Oct. 11 2016 1:48 am EST Situation Report Veritas: “Word from Reno” – Guest Post by Veritas Just received word from Reno that the Tier 3 wire transfer final releases were on schedule for Tuesday and 800 registration number would release once that process began. If everything went according to plan, tomorrow would be the real beginning we have waited for.

B. Oct. 11 2016 Tues 11:15 EST WSOMN AdminBill:

1. All contacts agreed that the Event was close at hand.

2. The day was likely to begin quietly and become more active as the day progressed.

3. This week with the implementation of the new international banking payment system (Eastern/China/BRICK’s) CIPS, China was now a player in the financial arena with the probability of pushing aside the (Cabal/Federal Reserve/Western/Rothchild’s) SWIFT system’s lock on the international monetary transfer system.

1. A big meeting was held last night in Reno between the US Treasury and Chinese Elders. The Cabal was told to surrender to criminal charges, or play by the books. After some Cabal members walked out of the meeting the Elders released the GCR hold.

2. This morning information out of Reno claimed that money transfers had gone through on the new CIPS system and the 800 numbers should soon follow.

3. There was a possibility of no elections this year as NESARA was brought into play.

4. Congress has been working on NESARA for the last couple of years (Paul Ryan Bill).

5. Art agreed with what Bruce has said about the Zim (being a bond designed to be used for Humanitarian purposes. It would be wise to negotiate for higher rates with a strong Business Plan so you would have the power to do some good for the world.)

D. Oct. 11 2016 1:54 pm EST AdminBill: I was just advised that later today the Chinese international payment system (CIPS) would be activated internationally.

Oct. 11 2016 12:17 pm EST EthericBlue: “Abbott Downing Confirmation” – Guest Post by EthericBlue An Abbott Downing wealth manager in California informed us that all Abbott Downing personnel had received telephone calls beginning last Friday morning to be ready. This thing was going to pop at any moment. All Abbott Downing Exchange Centers were staffed, ready and waiting for instructions to begin transactions.

F. Oct. 11 2016 2:01 EST TNT Ecubucs: There was much going on behind the scenes that was not being shown to the masses. Rest assured, the process was moving swiftly. News was slow, but a lot of movement was happening. None of us know when, but many signs from different sources were looking for this to surface. This was very fluid. Could it change? You bet, though it was getting worse financially around the world and this must happen to counteract the upcoming financial crisis.

G. Oct. 11 2016 Bruce’s The Big Call: The Big Call 9pm EST

1. This was supposed to have gone last night. Things came up that stopped it and prompted some very successful meetings.

2. There was a high possibility of it to go tonight or tomorrow morning.

3. Global currencies would enter the gold standard and formal announcements would soon come from the IMF and President Obama.

4. IMF Meetings Oct. 3-9 put a go time, then the hurricane came.

5. Florida centers were ready yesterday, others were still in the process.

6. The implimentation could give us apts. as early as tomorrow afternoon.

7. Over 100 exchanges have been done in the last few days.

8. It was the intention to have Prosperity Packages out last night in the early morning.

9. It would be a shotgun start.

10. We hope to be able to set apts. in the first 48 hours.

11. There is a possibility that the rates went up in the last 24 hours.

12. All rates were privately negotiable.

13. Your Zim rate could be in the 4 figures if you had a strong Humanitarian Project with a strong presentation.

14. The initial apts. would be done in 45 min. to an hour. A second meeting 1-2 weeks later would go into more detail like additional trusts, perks, etc.

15. You would exchange, be given a temporary credit card, and could do a bank wire. If you do a wire have all your info ready to send, like account and routing numbers.

16. Zim holders would go first and ASAP.

17. There was important intel that Bruce and Tank could not reveal. We were looking solidly for any moment for it to go.

H. Oct. 11 2016 11:25 am WSOMN AdminBill: International activation began today. They had tested in Asia until now. Totally in sync with Swift transactions making it international between ALL countries today.

I. Oct. 12 2016 12:01 am EST Situation Report Veritas: “Major Action on the Table” – Guest Post by Veritas

1. A major event happened in Reno today that would most likely escalate implementation of NESARA. The New Republic has had to protect Pentagon Chief of Staff and New Republic President General Joseph Dunford from at least three attempts on his life in the last week or so. That tended to distract the time line.

2. It would be best to keep to your homes or offices. Just put off the things you think are so necessary and stay home until this stabilized one way or another, will you? I recommend laying low through this week.

3. Reno schedule issued this morning was to release authorization codes for Tier 1 & 2 payments to full use tomorrow morning and flowing through Thursday.

4. Tier 3 “release to use” to occur Thursday night and Friday on wire transfers as previously entered. Under that schedule the 800# release would be tentatively indicated for Thursday night or possibly Friday to coincide with the Tier 3 release.

5. The 800 registration number release could hit any time between tonight and Friday and would be incorporating the time sequence as originally outlined by the G20 to the Exchange Committee whom they appointed.
