Pleiadian factions have isolated the implant stations to the confines of the Sol System which is the solar system in which our planet is located. The Pleiadians want to reiterate that they are just humans and not gods. They would like to see more cooperation from the surface population.
The Chimera group has lost complete control of their physical and non-physical orbit fleets. Currently there is strife between the Tall White factions and the operating Earth breakaway factions.
The war on Earth has spilled into the Pleiades which is now the center of strife.
The Agartha Network is experiencing the most volatility since the underground war that preceded WWII. Many underground factions have lost control and many others are beginning to gain ground. This can be felt in the actions of the varying surface governments.
A sadism implant was utilized by 4d Archonic factions with very advanced technology. The aftermath of this implant is still being dealt with by the surface population.
There is a project by a certain underground breakaway faction to raise the continent of Atlantis.
There are still galactic central sun waves that are in route to Earth so there are many more chances for the planet to evolve.
There is an ancient war for the stars sun that has restarted. The sun is continuously injected with a component that mutes energy of the sun and turns it white.
Project Mannequin and the Golden Dawn
Project Mannequin was a direct response to the New Age Movement that entered into a renaissance during the early 1980s and the impending galactic superwave. Project Mannequin expanded on January 12, 1996 which is the day of the Congo Invasion. The Project Mannequin expansion was the surface operation that was carried out along with the underground and astral invasion. This expansion decimated the capacity of white magick or gnostic groups to operate on the surface of the planet. These groups had been spearheading the New Age Movement which had reached its crescendo in the early 90’s.
Most families which saw themselves as being a white magick or gnostic groups lost children to Project Mannequin. Project Mannequin saw casualties similar to the casualties experience in New York due to the Montauk faction that ignored all previous treaties and decided to abduct thousands of children for mind-control experiments. The children that were lost to Project Mannequin were generally eaten by dogs during spartan rites.
Along with losing children most white magick families began to experience years of programming and abductions that lead to them forgetting their connected to the source and their white magick background. An example of a white magick faction or school that existed during the 90s would be The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. Another example of a white magick faction would be Christian circles that were influenced by The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.

The Tall White Presence
One of the many factions in deep underground military facilities inside of the planet is a Tall White faction.
The Tall Whites have been implanted with an ISIS style crazy-person implant that makes them very susceptible to sadism.
A Tall White is a person that has genetically altered themselves to secrete a component that mutes their sense of feeling and turns them ghastly white.
This technique is used by a lot of factions that could be considered archonic because of their tendencies of going into open space.
By genetically altering themselves to become much taller and ghastly white, it becomes much more safer for them to pass throughout open space. Archonic factions with a lot more technology generally ignore genetically altered Tall White factions because of their intent. This means they don’t have to jump as much in open space.
When a faction first reaches orbit they are generally initiated into whether or not the can conceptualize what is happening or not by being genetically altered by a Tall White faction.
The more famous Tall White factions on Earth come from Orion. These Tall Whites appear in exopolitical lore.
The Tall Whites tend to mimic the tendencies of the 6th dimensional factions that operate in open space.
The Tall Whites generally have perversions towards power and therefore are considered Archonic.

The Nazi Moon Base
The Nazis were much more than political party, they were a corporation that excelled in the creation of technologies especially anti-gravity machines. They began their process of taking over the German government with the appointment of Adolf Hitler as half chancellor of Germany in 1933.
As the Panzer divisions lines fell at the Battle of the Bulge in January of 1945, the Nazi leadership began the process of fleeing Germany. Many fled to Argentina, while the deep underground officials began the process of looking for an ancient based located in Antarctica.
One of their first acts after World War II was to consolidate power over the U.S. government by a famous UFO sighting over the White House in the 1950s.
The U.S. government brought ex-Nazis to the United States through project Bluebeam. These Nazis mostly worked in rocket propulsion technologies in surface facilities. The Nazis secret technological programs were carried out underground.
This faction was able to reach orbit by 1945. As the Germans chances of winning WWII began to collapse around them, the corporate underground Nazis graduated to breakaway civilization and fled Germany. They went on to develop a moon base.
In the 1970s the Nazi faction declared war on the Draco Federation and their orbit fleet was completely destroyed as well as their moon facilities.
This factions most recent contribution to the planet is the cintamani stone. They were able to network and gain access to the cintamani stone through their orbit connections. They invested in the cintamani stone in order to create as much volatility on the surface as possible as the planet reached the end of the Mayan calendar cycle.

Intel Update 12-30-16 “HAARP”
One of the fundamental ways that the planet has been controlled by Archonic factions is through the use of scalar wave or HAARP facilities.
HAARP facilities can be found in their public places as well as at the poles.
These facilities give off a substance at key times when Archonic or negative factions such as the Dracos need to pull off an operation. A perfect example would be in the aftermath of 9/11.
This substance is basically dark matter and causes human-beings to make weird, irrational decisions because it erodes the etheric-brains capacity to think.
One of the fundamental secrets of certain black magick factions is that they do rituals to scalar waves. They will often wear black cloaks to symbolize the protective wear that various off-planet factions use to operate on the surface of planets that have been scalar-waved.
Off-planet factions use protective suits so that they don’t get dissociated out while carrying out operations on the surface of the planet or in open space that has been contaminated by scalar waves. Being dissociated out while in scalar-wave space can lead to them being genetically altered in deep underground military bases and being trapped for the duration of a cycle on an archon-controlled planet.
The giant deception used by the masters of the Illuminati is that they don’t actually worship scalar-waves but bait their subordinates into worshiping scalar-waves so that they can easily control them.
These facilities are the base layer of the Veil and still exist on the surface of this planet.
