This Org Board pattern can expand to *ANY* size — funding a Family, Neighborhood, City, State, Mars Colony, Etc. — just hire MORE STAFF to STABLY handle the load into the future!

*ANY* job or function will smoothly plug into some part of this Org Board.

There should obviously be TWO org boards…

1) One’s personal & private org board:
– TRUSTED people
– Bank contacts
– Wealth Managers
– Common Law reps (updated lawyers)
– Family (maybe – are they TRUSTED?)
– Etc

2) ~~Funding Game Org Board~~
– Your (hopefully MASSIVE) organization to stably actually DO the funding and followup activity.
– This can expand to a vast many ever expanding projects – stably via great organization.

No one in #2 should know who you are – unless you can handle the rigors & dangers of fame.

Someone in #1 can be your Secure & Private & Silent connection to the *Executive Director* in #2.

Staff pay goes into Div 3, Treasury

Funding Action teams into Div 4.

Staff training & correction into Div 5

Funding target investigation, verification, security checking (JUDGING) into Div 1.
(Avoid funding idiots).

Etc.

Anything will plug in and work well.

Common Sense – a drunk and drugged street bum would only destroy a large new home – start him off in a drug rehab cubicle, and ONLY THEN help him expand his life.

Same for other funding targets – helping them is a Gradient Stairway, starting at Step One, to better lives.

The *Executive Director* will run the show FOR you.

Hiring Sequence – From the TOP, and then down – Hire a brilliant Exec Dir and he’ll BUILD the organization from the top down too.

Obviously one can do some fun personal funding games run *securely & privately* out of OrgBoard #1 – just for FUN.

Anyone in #1 should probably sign a No BS LIFETIME NDA.

Other NDAs as needed in #1 & #2.
