HOLD YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR (Like she does in the turkey video with the Reiki below) except I push the colored RAY ENERGIES through my hands to humanity when I send them LOVE across the planet. You can help heal them this way and you can show people in person like Father God Zorra tells us how to rub your hands together and place them on each side of where the pain is front and back.
