The Sea on Fire… Evidence of Undersea Base Destruction?

Igor has made some interesting predictions over time and this one came to fruition, like many others.

We’ve understood for several years that many of the cabal’s deep underground military bases (DUMBS) have been destroyed by the allies and underwater bases as well; hence many of the mysterious earthquakes with a different energy signature, etc. from natural earthquakes.
