I believe I sent a GALACTIC GUIDE, for this which 1 – 3 are the lower levels, level 4 is when you are just straight in level 4D. Then above that is your heart and then above that another 3 levels which are your higher levels this is where you have already mastered CREATING what you want to CREATE, you are learning of the HIGHER SELF, then you get up the TOP of this and you are ready to go into 5D because you have already mastered everything in the 4D level. IF you are manifesting things and you are manifesting you know and things are turning out pretty good for you chance is you are probably at the second or third level of 4D.

Now see we were going to put this planet into the SUN and this planet [terra/earth] was going to be the NEW CENTRAL SUN but they decided NOT to do it because there is NOT enough 4D planets out there so they decided to turn this planet into 4D after people on here ASCEND from it and go wherever they were going to go. As for people NOT wanting to LEAVE the EARTH and NOT wanting to go to another planet or another UNIVERSE, we have no call over that.
