Now we’re getting reports that Russia has sent a plane to the US to pick up their diplomats, suggesting that war may be imminent. Link to Telegram.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has commented on this plane:
“A Russian plane is on its way to the United States to evacuate diplomats ordered to leave the country by US authorities, Zakharova said in her Telegram channel.
According to the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, it is not a question of expulsion, but of restrictions on operations created by Washington.”

Jim Crown was a pillar of Chicago who cared deeply about making our city a place where everybody can thrive. Michelle and I were also very lucky to call him a dear friend. We’re heartbroken today, and we send our love to Paula and their wonderful family in this difficult time.

The train derailments continue and there were three recently that crossed my monitor; possibly more. Most of these aren’t just a couple of cars going off the tracks. They’re serious.

UPDATE: Crews were on the scene of a train derailment Monday night (https://t.me/police_frequency/95092) in Talladega County, Alabama.
The train derailed in the area of Church Street right before Truman Road off Highway 21. The roadway is open for traffic to still drive through. Crews have reportedly been at work for over five hours. There were no injuries reported in the derailment.

These past few years have been a tough row to hoe, and although we can see endless examples that the problem is under control, it is extremely difficult to live one’s life in isolation when those who are blind cannot see the world as we see it, and still have their heads in the sand. The occasional reminders that we were chosen for this, stepped up to the plate and agreed to play for God’s team and vanquish the darkness can be the salve that dulls the pain and enables us to keep going.
I missed a lot over my two day break but it was our anniversary and we had an impromptu invitation to go boating with friends so we did. Ironically, amid the claims from Phoenix and Scottsdale public works that water is in short supply and prices must go up, we saw Lake Pleasant topped off at 33 feet above normal. We’ve never seen so much water in it. Friends from up Prescott way tell us the administration there is not saving the tremendous amount of water they got from rain and snow; they simply let it run away.
