A post submitted by CGI member empyyrean.************************************************Hello readers,Have you ever got a parking ticket or any other “infraction” ticket?Want to know the way that works %100 of the time to get them to throw it out and withdraw.One time I got a drinking in public ticket for $250 and you have 30 days to dispute it, which after the 30 days and you do not dispute you get held as guilty and have to pay.Well the 30 day non dispute and your guilty is Acquiescence by Silence, the “government” says that doesn’t exist if you use it against someone or a corporation, but they use it against you.The ticket is proof of existence of it and it can be used in court against them.The next thing is that wait 29 days and on the 30th day go dispute the ticket, but there is something that you add when you file the dispute.Its called a BILL…. yes you CAN bill them for your time. Slave labor is illegal in both the US and Canada, hell even in prison you get paid to work. It may not be much in prison, but it proves that they must pay you something because slave labor is illegal.So usually its $250 per/hour for your time, it starts when you leave your door to when you get back, but you cannot doddle getting back to the house, no stopping anywhere to shop or anything. Also it runs on average $150 per action you have to do as well as an average $75 per/hour for any research time you put in hence why you wait till the 30th day to dispute, to rack up research hours.Next, even if you “drive”, don’t when you go dispute take the bus or walk, takes longer, as well as choose the location to dispute at the edge of their jurisdiction, don’t go to the closest place.With my ticket I went into Victoria, BC on McKenzie ave which is a 4.5 hour round trip from where I am located.You have to stay within jurisdiction ranges, in Canada its a little different then the states on that aspect.So when I got to the place to dispute, I filed it and gave them a $5000 ITEMIZED BILL (make sure its itemized) for my time (labor, hours and actions).A week later I got a letter in the mail stating that they withdraw from it. So they got defeated.When I was in court for something else, the one cop tried to bring it up and I immediately objected as a misstatement of facts and notified the court the Crown withdrew, the judge agreed.So when they do withdraw, got to your local police detachment and make sure they update their records of it, as communication between the organizations is usually lacking.This method works %100 of the time, if they want to continue to prosecute, then they have to pay your BILL and usually the BILL is substantially more then the ticket.If they even attempt to communicate that you cannot Bill, just bring up the point that slave labor is illegal and you even get paid for labor in prison.
