I had a short conversation with an email friend about the raids against Reichsburger (“Citizens of the Reich”) in Germany.
you find his email down below, then his question to me and my answer on top,

perhaps it is useful to have more details about this kind of “news” in Germany…
Hello David
according to the official version, the so called Reichsbuerger “claim”, that the state called Bundesrepublik Deutschland does not exist (anymore) and the German Empire
(Deutsches Reich) still exists, which is, according to the official version, untrue and of course a conspiracy theory.
when there are raids like this, sometimes the “police” claims to have found “weapons”, which later can be identified as forks and knifes in the kitchen
or historical rifles, probably from waterloo. the definition “Reichsbuerger” is used, to make people afraid of these “lunetic” enemies of the state and
declare them as a “danger to democracy”.
According to the facts, the situation is this:
the Grundgesetz had an article 23, in which the Federal republic of germany gave its territory its borders “this law is valid in….”
this article was deleted 17. sep 1990, which is officially listed in the changelog of the Grundgesetz
without this article, there is area in which the Grundgesetz is valid anymore.
same day, 17. sep 1990, the constitution of the DDR was deleted, by Russian Minister for foreign affairs that time on the conference in Paris.
and therefore by this act the state of the DDR seized to exist.
2 weeks later, the Bundesrepublik Deutschland (something that had no area of existence anymore) welcomed the DDR (something that didn’t exist anymore) to join the territory of the Bundesrepublik (which didn’t exist anymore, because the definition was deleted) on the basis of Grundgesetz Article 23 (which was deleted 2 weeks earlier).
a few months later, finance minister Wolfgang Schäuble enlisted “Germany” as an entity instead of “Bundesrepublik Deutschland” at the UN.
since then, the “government” acts without any legal basis, not even anymore under the german name Bundesrepublik Deutschland, but only the short English term “Germany”.
with the “Bundesbereinigungsgesetz” from 2006, 2007 and 2010 the allied expressively denied all rights for making or changing ANY laws to the “german government”.

According to the Bundesverfasungsgericht
Urteil BverfG, 25.07.2012 – 2 BvF 3/11, 2 BvR 2670/11, 2 BvE 9/11
ruling, there was no legal basis for anything since 1956
latest since 17.sep 1990 NO german law is valid in ANY area, because the area of application was deleted.
no german law is valid ANYWHERE.
no tax law, no speeding tickets, no income tax, no official offices
therefore the ArbeitsAMT was renamed into ArbeitsAGENTUR
and the Bundesbahn renamed into Deutsche Bahn
and the Bundespost into Deutsche Post
and the PostAMT into Postagentur
and so on.
they know VERY well what they are doing.
so,
officially, the Reichsbuerger are conspiracy theorists.
inofficially, they are the only one acting and argumenting on a legal basis.
even if the so called Bundesverfassungsgericht has an irritating name, because there is no german constitution
(see Grundgesetz art. 146), and so why should there then be a “constitutional court”, the judges there “simulate” a legal ruling
and argument on given and written laws and even them, who are acting within this state-simulation, claim that there is something wrong.
every other information is a lie. the government does not tell the truth, nor does it defend the truth,
nor does it want the truth to be spread amongst the people.
of course not.
let me give you a fun-fact
With the SHAEF law No 1 from 20.sep.1945 (COEL/P(45/40), Control Council, Repealing of Nazi law
REICHSBUERGERGESETZ of Sep. 15.1935, RGBL 1/1146, Article III
EVERYONE who is USING the word REICHSBUERGER, to call someone like this, to talk badly about him, or for whatever reason uses this WORD
IS PUNISHED according to the SHAEF law
(SHAEF = Supreme Headquarter of Allied Expeditionary Forces)
So… the government has to be punished by the allied headquarters according to the SHAEF laws for USING the word Reichsbuerger…

Raids against “Reich citizens” in eight federal states

The police have again taken action against so-called Reich citizens. 280 emergency services are deployed.
Around 280 emergency services searched several objects in eight federal states on Thursday in connection with investigations against “Reich citizens”. According to dpa information, the 20 suspects are accused of forming a criminal organization.
The alleged ringleader of the “Reichsbürger” group, which was the focus of a raid on Thursday, comes from Upper Bavaria . The man lives in the Fürstenfeldbruck district and had already received a visit from the police before the search operation , said Bavaria’s Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU). According to the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office , proceedings are ongoing against the 58-year-old from Olching at the Munich I Regional Court.
Group is said to have threatened state institutions
The group “insulted state institutions nationwide on a large scale and sometimes massively threatened them, mainly via social media.” According to investigators, there have been no attacks so far. The public prosecutor’s office said the group had blocked communication channels from authorities and thereby wanted to influence their decisions.
According to dpa information, police officers in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein, Brandenburg, Hamburg and Lower Saxony were deployed under the direction of the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office.
“Reich citizens” do not recognize the Federal Republic
It was only in October that emergency services in several federal states searched numerous apartments of so-called Reich citizens who were attributed to the alleged terrorist group “United Patriots”. A total of five suspects were arrested.
“Reich citizens” are people who do not recognize the Federal Republic and its democratic structures. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution counted around 23,000 people across Germany in 2022 as part of the “Reich Citizens” and “self-administrators” scene, 2,000 more than in the previous year.

please let me add:
the highest german court, the already mentioned “Bundesverfassungsgericht” ruled on 31.Juliy 1973,
that the German Empire did not seize to exist in 1945, but still is alive in the borders of 1937,
but has no actual government and there is unable to act.
so, once again: everyone who is (unlawfully, see SHAEF No 1) named a Reichsbuerger,
and argues, that the German Empire still exists (which was ruled officially in 1973),

and says that the Bundesrepublik Deutschland does not exist (which can be proven with a simple look up on the Grundgesetz, Art.23 (OLD version before 1990, and then deleted and then unlawfully exchange with a new text, which is again against the basic rules of writing laws),
acts and arguments on an official legal basis
and does so under the protection of the SHAEF law, which is still valid and stands above all other laws in all of the area of the German Empire in the borders of 1937.
However….
the state criminal state simulation of the “Bundesrepublik Deutschland” has still conquered the reality in that area of the German Empire
and is acting quite successfully in the dismantling and execution of the german industry and society and people.
the Morgenthau plan is still in action (and more than ever before)
the Kaufman plan is still in action (and more than ever before)
the Hooten plan is still in action (and more than ever before)
If the Germans don’t wake up on this matter, Germany will disappear from the map in less than 10 years
Germans will disappear from the planet within around 40 years with a mathematical point of no return NEXT year (2024)
The Planet will then soon miss the Germans with their former innovation power and their way of living and acting and working.
The “generation Z” in Germany is mostly “internationalized” and by that quasi per definition free of moral, ethics, braveness, will to work hard, will to learn.
this generation Z is under constant pressure in school and university and freetime by attacks of migrants, who have all the time of the world
because their families are paid very well by the german government, far more, than the average german worker CAN earn net every month.
this generation Z is the generation the germans have to rely on regarding their saving.
