The coroner initially noted the death as a “self-inflicted” wound, but said more tests are being done before a final determination.
Police have made clear they are still actively investigating.

Sorry for the lapses in posts this week. It’s been a busy one for many reasons and as I experiment with various remedies, I find the pain is returning and I need to find what is working best because it’s not currently very comfortable sitting here at my desk for long. I’m supposed to be relaxing, calming down, encouraging deeper, restorative sleep, and rebalancing but it’s not easy when my lists are so long.
