Archangels are omnipotent, sentient beings of light. With two exceptions, they have never lived lives on Earth and are considered to be God’s messengers (the “ael” on the end of most Archangel’s name means messenger.)

Archangels are streams of consciousness within the human psyche that become apparent to us when our vibrations reach a higher frequency of light. However, they are always present and guiding us, even if we are not aware of it. Although archangels are in the lower dominion of angels, they are extremely powerful. When harnessed, their light can heal, strengthen, protect and even save us, but we must give permission.

Archangels are available to everyone and can be called upon to assist whether they are a person’s guardian/guide or not. There have been many invocations printed in angel books, but all you really need to do is to say the archangel’s name and ask them to help you! Always ask for your highest and best.

Because archangels exist on the 5^th Plane of Existence they work in duality, as humans do on Earth. That is, they exist in a reality of separation and polarities, male/female, good/bad, dark/light, just as we do. Although they are loving and will always answer your call, you must be specific in your request and always ask for your highest good, not just the greatest good. That is because all planes of existence, with the exception of the 7^th Plane, which is unconditional, work on a trade or sacrifice of energy.

Angels will sacrifice their energy for others because they are in service to God, humanity and the planet! So, when we are working with Archangels we must make sure our energies are protected, connected to the energy of the 7^th Plane and that we have asked for everything to be done in the highest and best way for our highest and best.

The predominant, or guiding, archangel with you may change over your lifetime but most people have several guardian angels, archangels and masters. The beings with us reflect who we are in spirit, our soul purpose and path, as well as our personality and what attributes we possess and need to achieve our life’s mission.

All archangels stream on a frequency of light called ‘rays’. Each ray has a different vibration, healing quality and purpose. Over the next few months I will be highlighting one Archangel, their ray and their purpose. Enjoy!
