A little background on this, there are two versions of NESARA. They have the same title except for one word. REFORMATION is the White Hats version that has been around for more than 30 years. RECOVERY is the Deep State version which was planned as part of the Great Reset. GESARA is the Global version of this with 209 countries participating. To accomplish this governments had to be cleaned up and the Deep State removed. 

Bill Clinton kept this document on his desk for 8 years and refused to sign it until on the last day in office a Special Ops team made him sign. On 9/11 the towers were taken down by controlled demolition to prevent NESARA from takin place along with a few other things. like insurance fraud, theft of the gold that was hidden in the basement.

Adding to this is channeled messages that indicate this is part of the St. Germaine Trust, this is from multiple channelings one of which was Jesus. He indicated that this money was to help restore the planet to its vibrational norm and rebuild our infrastructure.

Three may be other information out there, but this is all I can remember right now.
