Overview

[1]             Karen Wai King Lew appeals the order of Master Robertson made April 28, 2022, granting conduct of sale on Ms. Lew’s residential property to the Bank of Montreal. The Bank of Montreal is the first mortgagee on the residential property. An order nisi of foreclosure was made September 21, 2021, and the redemption period expired in March 2022. Ms. Lew asserts that Master Robertson made the order in error because the mortgage had been forgiven on February 8, 2022, pursuant to the doctrine of NESARA/GESARA, acronyms that stand for National Economic Security and Reformation Act and Global Economic Security and Reformation Act. She also asserts that Master Robertson was biased and ought to have recused herself.

[2]             The Bank of Montreal and the second mortgagee, Ming Shek Liu, assert that no error was made because NESARA/GESARA do not form part of Canadian or British Columbian foreclosure law, there was no evidence the mortgage was forgiven, there was no bias on the part of Master Robertson, and the appeal was commenced more than 14 days after the order was made, and so the appeal is out of time.

[3]             I delivered these reasons orally. I have edited them without changing the substance.

Standard of Review

[4]             The standard of review on an appeal from a master’s order depends on the nature of the order appealed. Where the order was in regard to an interlocutory matter, the standard of appellate review is whether the order was clearly wrong: Canadian Western Bank v. 353806 BC Ltd., 2017 BCSC 1072 at para. 11:

[11]      On appeal from a master’s order in a purely interlocutory matter the standard of appellate review is whether the order was clearly wrong. Where the master’s decision raises questions which are vital to the final issue in the case, or results in a final order, the appeal is a rehearing on a standard of correctness. Absent an order for the production of fresh evidence, the rehearing proceeds on the record before the master. On the rehearing, the chambers judge may substitute his or her own assessment of the evidence for that of the master, even in cases involving the exercise of discretion:  Abermin Corp. v. Granges Exploration Ltd. (1990), 1990 CanLII 1352 (BC SC), 45 BCLR (2d) 188 (SC).

[5]             The order under appeal is an order that the Bank of Montreal have conduct of sale of Ms. Lew’s foreclosed property. An order granting a conduct of sale in a foreclosure proceeding is interlocutory: Canadian Western Bank at paras. 11 and 15; and Urban Land Holdings Ltd. v. Babich, 2019 BCSC 1318 at para. 24.

[6]             Accordingly, the standard of review is whether Master Robertson’s order is clearly wrong.

[7]             The rehearing proceeds on the record before the master unless there is an application to adduce fresh evidence. On the rehearing, the chambers judge may substitute his or her own assessment of the evidence for that of the master even in cases involving the exercise of discretion: Abermin Corp. v. Granges Exploration Ltd., 1990 45 B.C.L.R. (2d) 188.

Whether the Mortgage was Forgiven

[8]             At the appeal before Master Robertson, Ms. Lew did not lead any evidence that her mortgage was forgiven. The transcript of the proceedings before Master Robertson demonstrates that Ms. Lew came to court to ask for more time because she did not want to lose her home. She explained that she had unsuccessfully attempted to obtain a reverse mortgage and a loan from a private lender. She also explained that her sister was arriving in Vancouver the next day and would lend her the money to redeem the mortgage. She did not assert that the mortgage had been forgiven, lead any evidence of mortgage forgiveness, or make any reference to NESARA/GESARA.

[9]             By the time the Bank of Montreal’s application for conduct of sale came on before Master Robertson, it had already been adjourned once because Ms. Lew’s lawyer had withdrawn, and Ms. Lew asked for more time. The hearing before Master Robertson was peremptory on Ms. Lew. Master Robertson declined to adjourn it again to give Ms. Lew more time, but she made her order effective May 26, 2022, approximately four weeks after the hearing, so that if Ms. Lew arranged financing in the four weeks between the hearing and the effective date of the order, she could still redeem the mortgage, and the conduct‑of‑sale order would not take effect.

[10]         In this court, Ms. Lew made submissions on the NESARA/GESARA. She described it as a pending new world order that has its roots in the United States (NESARA), but has evolved to a global movement (GESARA), to which many countries are signatories, including Canada. She asserted that it involves resignation of world leaders, new currencies that will be backed by gold, and a more harmonious and peaceful world where the enslavement qualities of debt will be abolished.

[11]         Ms. Lew made submissions on the intent of NESARA/GESARA law by reference to a document entitled “GESARA.news” with a website address using the same words.

[12]         This document set out 20 points pertaining to GESARA that include that all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities will be cancelled. This is referred to as a “jubilee” or complete forgiveness of debt. NESARA/GESARA principles establish new presidential and congressional elections within 120 days of GESARA‘s announcement (presumably this is a reference to United States elections). There will be an interim government that will cancel all national emergencies and return some unspecified political entity back to constitutional law. I assume that the unspecified political entity is the United States but perhaps the intention is a global constitutional regime. GESARA creates a new U.S. treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy the U.S. initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. GESARA establishes peace throughout the world. GESARA releases unprecedented prosperity with enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes. GESARA will establish the quantum financial system called QFS, and the quantum voting system called QVS, as well as a global currency reset and a revaluation of currencies.

[13]         Ms. Lew did not provide the Court with any Canadian or British Columbian legislation implementing NESARA or GESARA. Nor did she provide any legal authority incorporating the principles of NESARA and GESARA into creditor/debtor law or the law of foreclosure in British Columbia. With regard to evidence that her mortgage was cancelled pursuant to NESARA/GESARA, Ms. Lew explained that for the hearing before Master Robertson, she had tried to upload her bank statements, which she asserts shows that the mortgage balance was zero at one point in time and that a legal fee that the bank charged her had been reversed on February 8, 2022.

[14]         She explained that she was unable to upload the bank statements, and she did not know that she should have an application binder into which she inserted her evidence. She advised that she first learned that when she saw, over Microsoft Teams, Master Robertson being provided with binders on the matters as they were called. She realized she did not have a binder that she was required to have. She advised this Court that at that time before Master Robertson, she froze and did not know what to say.

[15]         The transcript of the proceedings shows that Ms. Lew made submissions as I have described. She did not tell Master Robertson that she had evidence showing that her mortgage had been forgiven that she was unable to get before the court. Ms. Lew described this evidence to me but did not seek to have fresh evidence introduced on the appeal. Accordingly, there was no evidence before Master Robertson, and there is no evidence on this appeal, that the mortgage was forgiven.

[16]         It is also difficult to understand how that evidence could displace the order nisi requiring Ms. Lew to pay the Bank of Montreal $209,721.51 to redeem the mortgage and the evidence before Master Robertson that the Bank of Montreal had not received any payments towards the mortgage between the date of the order nisi and the appearance before Master Robertson.

[17]         On the record before Master Robertson it was clearly open to her to grant exclusive conduct of sale to the first mortgagee, the Bank of Montreal: Law and Equity Act R.S.B.C. 1996 c. 253, Rules 13‑5, 21‑7(5)(1) and 21‑7(7). It is the usual order that is made after the expiry of a redemption period: Reliable Mortgages Investment Corp. v. Longiye, 2015 BCSC 903; Allan McEachern, C.J.B.C., “On Foreclosure Practice” (1983), The Advocate, Volume 41, Part 6, pages 583 to 596.

[18]         There is no basis on which to conclude that Master Robertson was clearly wrong in the order she made. Ms. Lew did not lead before Master Robertson and has not led before me evidence that the mortgage had been forgiven. She did not attempt to persuade Master Robertson, and she has not persuaded me, that NESARA/GESARA principles are part of the law governing creditor, debtor or foreclosure proceedings in British Columbia.

Bias

[19]         Ms. Lew also asserts that Master Robertson was biased and ought to have recused herself. She asserts two reasons for the bias. First, she asserts that the NESARA/GESARA pending world order is well known to the banks and would have been well known to Master Robertson before she became a master. She submitted that Master Robertson became a master because she knew that her law firm’s foreclosure practice would be ending when all mortgages and other debts were forgiven.

[20]         I have not accepted that NESARA/GESARA is part of the Canadian legal landscape. I do not accept that Ms. Lew has proven there is a new world order pending that will end foreclosure proceedings, let alone that Master Robertson knew of this and made a career change to avoid its consequences on her law practice.

[21]         Second, Ms. Lew asserts that Master Robertson was biased because she is friends with counsel for the Bank of Montreal. Counsel for the Bank of Montreal advised me that she knew Master Robertson when Master Robertson was in practice because they practised in the same area, but they were not friends. She advised that since Master Robertson’s appointment, she has appeared before her.

[22]         I accept the statements of counsel for the Bank of Montreal. There is no merit to Ms. Lew’s assertion of bias or an apprehension of bias.

Disposition

[23]         The appeal fails because Ms. Lew has not established that Master Robertson was clearly wrong or biased or that there could be an apprehension of bias. It is not necessary to determine whether the appeal was brought in time. The appeal is dismissed.

[24]         I order costs at Scale A payable by Ms. Lew to both respondents on this application, Bank of Montreal and Ming Shek Liu.

[25]         THE COURT:  All right. Ms. Lew has advised me that I misstated some of the facts. I am not going to revise my reasons on that basis. I have made my decision on the submissions as I understood them.

Through our powers of realization, we create the qualities of our experiences. Understanding how we come into realization of reality is a necessary process for resolving our limiting beliefs about ourselves. In our expressions as incarnated humans, we begin this process intuitively with our parents and care-givers. If we keep our pineal gland open as we mature, we expand our awareness into multidimensionality. If our pineal has calcified, we can use tamarind to clear it and open our awareness. Awareness is the beginning of realization. To expand our awareness, we must go beyond sensory impressions and logic and dive into our intuition. Intuition works with our imagination and inner feelings, in union with our conscience. It receives its impressions from the conscious life-force that enlivens us through the essence of our heart-consciousness.

When we can feel who we are in the eternal present moment, we may know our essence. This happens intuitively. We gain confidence that we are absolutely cared-for in every way and have no unfulfilled needs or desires. We are rooted in the present moment. Everything we can imagine happens in the present moment. When we can live as eternals in the present moment, we can have perfect health in perfectly-regenerated bodies, because this is what we can realize as reality. If we want to make this our reality, we can practice creating the vision and feeling ourselves living in it. By doing this, we train our subconscious mind to release its grip on fear and the potentiality of diminishment and death.

When we are focused intentionally on gratitude, love and joy in every moment, fear cannot enter our awareness and does not exist for us. Because everything arises from consciousness, which we control, we are creating moments that arise from the qualities of our focus of attention and are leading up to our realization of a greater reality. As we anchor ourselves in greatest love and joy, we align our vibrations with the consciousness that gives us life and everything we can imagine and more. When we open our receptivity in absolute confidence in our infinite essence and creative ability, every aspect of our lives becomes an energetic expression that enhances everything.

The more of our limiting beliefs about ourselves we can resolve and release, the closer we come to realizing the truth of our essence and our nature as fractals of the infinite consciousness that constantly creates us and everything in existence. It enhances our lives as we allow it. We are in complete control of our experiences through our power of realization, and our deprivation or fulfillment depends entirely upon our own beliefs about ourselves. There is a gigantic spectrum of possibilities for us to choose for our experiences.

How often do you believe that your steps are keeping you in step with all you desire? When you are in this mindset, are you also moving and aligned in Universal flow? Being in the flow will enable all within the mix of this dynamic to move you further along your path. Might you recognize some landmarks along the way as you seek to achieve what is on your ever-growing to-do list?

In Step

Begin anew this day. Move in step with what is to be given once you have framed the day. Otherwise, the day happens to you rather than for you. Open up to new possibilities and their potentialities. Discover new pathways you’ve not routinely explored in this lifetime. When you seek to release limited beliefs and their associated limitations, you do avail other opportunities. Draw what is desired when you align differently.

If you do not see this, stop and reflect upon how you accomplish so much within a day with little oversight of your body and its internal operations. Can you see that if you had to focus on what was to be done from understanding these words to the digestion of food or to even moving one leg and then the other … well, your time would be spent on simply functioning in a rudimentary way. Think upon this for a moment as so much is taken for granted at this time.

And so, with the removal of your oversight from basic bodily functions, you are then able to have so much more time to get about the things that require your focused attention. Do you see that not having to focus on these other objectives, you are free to do and become all you seek? And so recognize this and in your daily gratitude offerings, might this consideration also be considered?

Align

In these writings, we seek for you to glean how to get about restoring certain components within your physical form that were due to a limitation created in this or another lifetime. Limitations are created when there is a limited belief system in place that causes one to not look at the full scope or big picture that is always available to them. In other words, multiple choices exist, but because of limitations adopted at that time, all that was potentially available was not attainable.

So when you look to take that next step, do you do so without fully recognizing all options? In immediately moving rather than stilling the mind and looking inwardly to seek your answers, do you engage in knee-jerk reactionary responses? These quick assessments and the rapid response they elicit do not work as effectively when you are not in sync with what might otherwise be. When out of step, reactionary ones routinely result.

So when you move in this way, do you see that your steps are not aligned in the best way? Does fear enter in? When fear is engaged and felt, your energy shifts to draw more of its kind to you. Set the intention to be alert and recognize what is underfoot. Move away from such self-limiting thoughts.

Like-Kind Energy

It is that you draw more of the energy you keep to you. Your energy is like a magnet. As you engage, and the longer you engage in this manner, you aspire for more of like-kind energy to be drawn or attracted to you. It is and does occur this way. More is drawn to you by your focused attention and the energy you keep. And do you see in this alignment, you might experience a different reality than otherwise?

And so, we suggest, you move away from those lesser thoughts and into better feeling ones enlisting more positive potentialities. Consider that projecting what ifs into the future is a paradox for so many alternate realities exist and your objective should be to draw in what you want rather than what is not wanted.

Behind the Fear

Enact the best reality. Do so by moving differently. Draw to you more of what you aspire to experience. Move beyond the fearful aspect. Often, a gift awaits discovery in fear that guards it. Face your fear and know that many times, the desired objective is behind the fear felt.

Realize that fear is the very thing you want to get to as it is cradling the desired thing. When you can frame fear as an ally and necessary component, then you can embrace the unknown factor. For in the gift of the fear you might very well find your preferred reality. Might you move to embrace fear? This is how to navigate and enable those next steps to be preferred ones. Step past the fear and find what you sought to locate all along.

I clear my voice and say, today is a new day, no matter how many times I have been born into a life on Earth.

I rest my feet because I have walked very long, and I have witnessed so much, and I also need to close my eyes for a while.

I move! I am still. I breathe. My heart beats. I live!

I am alive!

Floating through space, she takes us on a journey, our planet. And nothing really are still, a little leaf flutters in the wind somewhere, and when I look closely on it, I recognize the very place, I have been there once upon a time.

But now there are new trees, new leaves that moves in the wind.

But still some things are the same as it was a very long time ago.

All the words of love are the same! Yes believe me!

The hearts have felt the same love as the hearts feel right now!

Love is very old, it is forever!

Continents move, icebergs melt, and then they freeze again.

Nothing really stands still. But love remains.

So when you are in contact with your deepest love within your heart, you are in contact with eternity, and you are flying over all the continents, and you are flying over all the icebergs no matter if they are melting or freezing. You are in the vortex of love dear!

And as you see sunrises and you see sunsets, you are being anchored

in the colors of love. And when the rain kisses the sunlight you feel love when you see a rainbow, it is because it really is love.

These colors speak the language of the heart! So please take your time to observe them, it is very healing for you. These wonderful colors balance you, for they are in exactly the nuance you need!

You make beautiful footprints wherever you go.

So if you also take time to rest your feet, for you too have walked a long way on your journey as a soul on Earth, and you have matured a lot.

Please take in her beauty! Let her be your sanctuary!

You move too, and sometimes you are still and relaxed, it is a constant, on and off, day and night, it is about getting a balance.

It is about getting a balance, not only walking to reach a point, and a goal, it is also about the heartfelt stillness, and just being with the beauty of Earth. You need both!

Both are necessary for you to grow, to evolve, it is easy to overdo it, and try to much.

Some answers come to you when you let go of the very need to find them. You actually already have the answers you seek, but you find them when you don´t try so hard.

In the balance, you find answers suddenly approaching you like a flowing stream, and you realize you did not have to perform anything, just allowing yourself to exist.

The infinite flow of the Universe is coming to you when you find this equilibrium.

So til next time, look at something beautiful, or meditate and close your eyes and see beauty inside, you choose how, in your own way, just take a minute to breath love, and be ready to receive!

Marianne Williamson shares wisdom teachings and a brief guided meditation on working with the mystic Jesus as we move into the Christmas season.

Jesus was a man, yes, but he is also a spirit as alive today as he was two thousand years ago. The birth of Jesus as a physical being was the birth of the historical Christ; the advent of divine love into our thinking is the birth of Christ into the world today. He does not appear now as a man but as a state of consciousness, which does not make him any less real. The very concept of reality is transforming as we move further into the 21st century, humanity evolving beyond the limited framework of primacy given to external factors at the expense of internal forces. Once we recognize that the world of matter is simply a world of effects, the causes of which lie in consciousness, we begin to pay much more attention to the goings-on of the inner life.

Jesus on the Plane of Consciousness

We will not stop war or environmental degradation or world hunger or rampant addiction or any of the stresses that plague us today until we address the inner dynamics—the perversions of heart—that give rise to them. The problem of world hunger, for instance, is not hunger itself; the problem is that the people of the world find it tolerable that a child should starve.

There is no dearth of food. There is only a dearth of willingness to put love for our fellow human beings before our acquiescence to a system that in essence doesn’t care if children starve. Global poverty is a symptom, not a cause. Its cause is our collective disconnection from adherence to the principles of a moral cosmos. That Jesus works with us on the level of cause, on the plane of consciousness, does not make him less relevant but even more relevant to the practical concerns of humanity today.

The Second Coming of Jesus as a Remembrance

The Second Coming is synonymous with the evolution of humanity into our self-actualized state. The Second Coming isn’t the reappearance of someone who left and will return; it’s a remembrance of what has never left but has been obscured. The mystic Jesus is the Alpha and Omega that always was and always will be. His reappearance in the world means our remembrance of who we are.

How many times have people said to me, “I don’t know who I am,” or “I can’t find a place for myself in this world,” or “I don’t think I even belong here.” The world blinds us to who we are and why we’re here. The world as we know it is not home to the true self, and we cannot find ourselves within its walls. Even at its best it is a rickety, shoddy house compared to the light-filled mansion that exists within.

Yet the point is not to ignore the world or to reject it. We are here to transform it. Our purpose is to become the light that casts out the darkness, to be harbingers of a different world by becoming different people. The more we understand the deeper meaning of events, the more powerful we are at transforming them.

The deeper meaning of any situation is a universal longing for love. All of us long for it; all of us are looking for it. The miracle occurs when we realize we ourselves are here to provide it.

We can see God’s love only when we are willing to express it. We cannot find what we are looking for without realizing who we are. I think of all the years I was struggling so hard to “find God,” not realizing that I would see His love manifest in my own life only when I sought to make it manifest in the lives of others. Any wall we build to keep out others will keep God out of our conscious awareness. The only way to find His love is by giving it away.

The Birth of Jesus through Acts of Unconditional Love

The mystical birth of Jesus is the opening of the heart. Just as Mary gave birth to the historical Jesus, the mystic Jesus enters the world through us. He is born any moment that we are willing to give birth to him. He is born again in any moment of unconditional love. This isn’t simply an abstract idea; it’s a practical moment we either do or do not choose.

In every moment we are making a choice, whether we make it consciously or we make it unconsciously. We can either open our heart or close it, and our lives unfold accordingly. In every instant we are generating a thought, and every thought will have an effect.

How often we choose to blame instead of bless, judge instead of accept, take instead of give. And why? Because we were trained to think that way. The ego constantly tempts us to separate ourselves off from the rest of the universe. But the mystic Jesus has the power to override the ego’s dictates, to save us from our chronic temptation to withhold our love. Choosing to align with him, we cocreate with God a different kind of world.

We greet you with our love and gratitude. We embrace you with our acknowledgment for the courage and the integrity with which you are meeting your challenges. These are the changing times, these are the ending of cycles, and these are the times of great chaos. The levels of dysfunction are being unveiled and confirmed. All that has been held in the shadows, all that is not in integrity, all that has been hidden is being revealed. Secrecy and deceit can no longer be concealed. It is the light shining in these dark places within the collective consciousness that is pushing all to the surface of awareness. This is generating much fear and anxiety in the collective consciousness.

Yet we say to you these are also times of great celebration, these are times of incredible expansion and awakening within each individual. It is your light that is coming forth. It is your personal awakening that is to be celebrated. You are here to support the transformation and the evolution of consciousness. You are an important aspect of all that is unfolding before you. You are far more powerful than you believe. We are here to remind you of your personal power and ability to uplift and transform dense dysfunctional energy. Resistance to the changes and the shift that is taking place will only cause more distress. When you are faced with great loss do all within your power to offer your feelings of distress and fear up to be transformed.

This is the task you have come here to do, to transform the energies that do not support your well-being and the expansion. We invite you to give the feelings of discouragement, loss, fear or anger a voice, allow this act of release to be sacred. Ask for support and see yourself surrounded by the love of divine consciousness, feel this embrace as you shout, weep, moan or scream your feelings. Give these feelings an expression in a sacred and holy way. Honoring what you are feeling yet being willing to allow them release and transformation. This is a powerful alchemical process.

When you offer a vibration that carries more light than darkness you are adding to the expansion and the shift. When you recognize your own shadow issues and bring those to the light with understanding and forgiveness you are doing global service work on a personal level. Your sacred heart is the vehicle of all transformation. When you consciously embrace an experience of fear with even the smallest shift of vibration into trust or hope, you own your power. Each and every time you consciously initiate a new response you open the door to more light and claim more of your power.

Remember you are a transformer. Step into your magnificence and own the ability to make a difference in each moment. Remember you are the one who carries the vision. You are the one who seeds your reality with your deepest knowing of truth and light. You are here to anchor the new reality and the new shift of consciousness in the collective. It is within your heart chalice that the vision of love and peace will be anchored and brought forth.

It is I, Archangel Michael. I come to assist you to strengthen your field, as your protective shield is important. It allows you to stay balanced and centered, to stay attuned to the higher vibration energies, no matter what is brought in to be transmuted. The introduction of shadow energies seeking transmutation, will bring reflections where necessary for you to grow. Your role is to hold steadfast, holding the field, knowing that all is well.

When you see a shadow reflection, you often judge yourselves for having them at all. Yet the beauty of shadow work is that every particle of the shadows present within you is connected to the vast network of other people’s shadows as well. And so, as you free your portion of the shadow, expressed within you, it signals, invites, and encourages others like it within other people in the greater field, to be transmuted as well.

It is an invitation to the ripple effect that you experience when you work with one of these parts. For so many of you have had experiences of similar wounding, though perhaps for various reasons. At their core, is often the fear of unworthiness, of feeling dejected or rejected by another.

When these aspects come to understand that they are truly loved, then they naturally seek to come forward to be transmuted and experience their own change and evolution. They recognize that in your freeing them, they have done no wrong, but have in some way, shape or form, been serving you. They then are free to transmute, to pass through out into another dimension or into the earth to be transformed for another purpose.

We are all one. Let me remind you of this. That is why, when we see others who are on a public stage and judge them, we are only judging ourselves. In fact, through our own attention to our shadows, we can contribute to lifting the egoic tendencies of others. These damaging perceptions hold so many back from unity. When we approach all with compassion, and a willingness to understand the differences between us, come from the necessity of our parts to attempt to keep us safe, then one can understand another’s different choices in the public domain.

Perhaps if you had had the experience of another’s lifetime, walked in their steps, you would understand them at a deeper level and have compassion for what they have brought on and projected into the world. Even that which is in your estimation, unhelpful, harmful, even of cruelty can be understood.

So much of what is projected in your world that is hateful, deceitful, and harmful on the physical plane comes from the pure fear of a child who has been lost within itself. It is a child who feels there is nowhere to turn but tries to take control and force their views and desires on others, to maintain their sense of sanity or safety.

I encourage you, at the very least, to approach others who are extremely different from you with the compassion that you imagine Source energy – who created all that is – would hold for them in their development and evolution. Trying on a perspective that perhaps they have much to learn, and yet they are still loved and cherished at their essence. This choice can bring humanity to enter the road of peace amongst all mankind. This is a simple step for all to take that can make a significant difference in your world.

It’s a perfect opportunity to practice holding in your hearts the higher perspective of unity of all beings, the unity of all things. It is the truth at the most elemental level and cannot be denied.

And if you do not understand how to hold this vibration, then turn to yourself and look at the unity within you, so you may create it through your own practice of love, acceptance and forgiveness.

How the Foreign Agents Law Is Used To Silence American Dissidents

Democrats speak of the fight against “Russian disinformation,” while the Republicans pledge to combat “fake news” about Israel. Whatever you choose to call it, there is a bipartisan effort to rein in our First Amendment protections, which former Secretary of State John Kerry recently referred to as a “major block” to the government’s ability to combat misinformation. Speaking at the World Economic Forum, Kerry went on to lament that the inability to control the message makes it difficult to govern absent the existence of a truth arbiter, a role government has increasingly tried to assume through backdoor means.

For example, the Twitter Files exposed government collusion with social media platforms to censor stories like the Hunter Biden laptop report before the 2020 election. Similarly, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Stanford professor Jay Bhattacharya and other dissenting voices were shadow-banned or censored under White House pressure.

These examples highlight the government’s growing reliance on private-sector cooperation to stifle opposition under the guise of protecting public discourse. Yet the idea of labeling speech as “misinformation” or its messenger as a “foreign agent” is not new – it echoes historical attempts to discredit dissent.

This tactic has resurfaced with a vengeance with the rediscovery of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 (FARA), now a favored tool for deplatforming speakers under the pretext of transparency while stigmatizing dissent as foreign interference. As you will soon see, FARA is Un-American!

Historically Un-American roots of FARA

The infamous House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) was created in 1938 to “investigate alleged disloyalty and rebel activities on the part of private citizens, public employees and organizations.” Initially focused on Nazi propaganda, after the war its focus shifted to anyone daring to challenge the U.S. government. Black nationalists, civil rights leaders, and antiwar activists were smeared as communist sympathizers, not for posing real risks to national security but for challenging government policies. While HUAC was disbanded in 1975 under public pressure, its legacy of smearing its opponents lives on in one of its most enduring legacies – the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 (FARA).

Passed on the recommendation of HUAC, FARA required anyone spreading “foreign propaganda” (or expressing ideas perceived as allied with foreign interests) to register as a “foreign agent.” FARA didn’t ban speech outright – that would violate the First Amendment. Instead, it stigmatized and marginalized dissenters, creating a chilling effect on free expression under the guise of transparency and patriotism.

Fast forward to today. After decades of dormancy, FARA prosecutions have been skyrocketing in recent years, with a clear focus on those who challenge US foreign policy or question official government narratives. In the past seven years alone, there have been 21 prosecutions under FARA – three times as many as in the previous five decades combined. The resurgence in prosecutions reflects a broader trend of leveraging existing laws to address new geopolitical concerns, as fears of foreign influence have risen in the digital age. As whistleblowers, journalists, and activists face mounting scrutiny, FARA prosecutions have become a tool for stifling opposition to US foreign (and domestic) policy.

If you are reading this on antiwar.com, don’t kid yourself – you’re exactly the kind of person FARA is aimed at silencing. It’s not about protecting democracy. It’s about protecting the US government from scrutiny by branding dissent as foreign influence. It’s McCarthyism 2.0 – different era, same censorship. Will we stand by and let this persist, or will we fight back against this creeping authoritarianism?

Modern FARA: Silencing critics, not foreign Influence

While FARA was initially intended as a tool to fight the pernicious influence of Nazi (and later Communist) propaganda, it was modified significantly in 1966 to shift its focus to lobbying activities tied to foreign entities. This was in response to intense lobbying by domestic representatives of foreign interests, specifically related to sugar import quotas. Constitutional guarantees of freedom of speech and assembly and the right to petition the government prevented the direct prohibition of such activities. Instead, the government expanded FARA’s scope to include registration of lobbyists, effectively repurposing it as a tool to attenuate broader foreign influence.

As currently written, the act requires any person who acts in any capacity “at the order, request, or under the direction or control, of a foreign principal” to register as a foreign agent with the Department of Justice. FARA’s broad definition of “foreign principal” – including not only foreign governments but also foreign organizations, companies, and even individuals – has created a legal minefield ripe for politically motivated prosecutions.

Proponents of FARA argue that it enhances transparency, making foreign influence more visible. Yet, in practice, this so-called transparency stigmatizes those required to register with the scarlet letter of “foreign agent.” This misuse of transparency not only silences criticism but also diminishes the public’s trust in institutions that are meant to serve and represent them. When public trust in these institutions erodes, their ability to function as legitimate representatives of democratic values is fundamentally undermined. Being labeled a ‘foreign agent’ not only stigmatizes individuals but also deters others from engaging in meaningful dialogue, silencing voices critical of government policy. What does it say about democratic ideals when a nation silences its critics with labels rather than engaging with their ideas?

This dynamic betrays FARA’s purported aim of protecting democracy and freedom. By labeling dissenting voices as foreign threats, the government exploits xenophobia under the guise of national security, suppressing free and open discussion of “uncomfortable” truths, “dangerous” ideas, and alternative narratives. The chilling effect extends beyond its immediate targets by perpetuating the dangerous precedent established by HUAC (labeling legitimate criticism as “Un-American”) and eroding the foundation of a healthy democracy. Though HUAC was disbanded, its discredited tactics live on in FARA, repurposed to stigmatize alternative viewpoints and shield government actions from scrutiny. FARA’s misuse today echoes a disturbing historical pattern where laws claiming to protect democracy have been weaponized to stifle critics.

From 3D To 4D And 5D: Spark Part 1

Who are we, where do we come from and where are we going? The start of a new year is a great opportunity to recall it. When we dive into the depths of our cosmic memory, we see selves again as fiery Sparks flying in streams along with the same ones, larger and smaller, and differ in power and intensities of glow.

The shining and magnitude of each depends on the quantity and quality of experience. From the Source’s space, filled with white milky Light, Sparks fly at tremendous speed. It’s like a child’s joy on swings and rides. There’s a sense of teamwork and adventure in the overall flow, as well as thought forms of collective cheer.

The Source is progenitor of Its Sparks in our Souls. It’s the place of residence between lives and development, with no boundaries, beginning or end. This space has no physical laws, only a Spiritual realm. Outside, it has a toroid shape, in which creation and evolution take place. Inside, this sphere contains everything: accumulated potential and energy for creating new worlds and life. Sparks move in an ascending spiral, gaining higher vibrations due to their intention to incarnate. From there, they are released.

Newly born or burdened with difficult background, Souls start from the bottom of the spiral. All communicate with each other, share experiences, shape their potential and intentions to embody, and try to create something. If a Soul lacks determination and will, it can sink even further. Assistants, enormous and powerful Light Beings, operate at different levels, helping those stuck to get higher, giving advice and guidance. When a Soul has formed an intention to incarnate, mentors and assistants contact it, offering best practices and tasks for that embodiment that is met with gratitude and enthusiasm.

After departure from the Source, young Souls descend on Earth like dandelion seeds, according to a pre-planned scenario in due time and into a pre-selected bodies. More mature and experienced Sparks can change their destination and choose where they want to incarnate. Even more powerful ones can build Galaxies, Stars and Planets and realize selves within them. At the destination point, these Sparks split like fireworks into many flashing aspects.

Leaving the Source, the Soul sees that there is more than just one sphere in interminable space, and these countless orbs form an extensive neural network. All the neurons are connected and exchange information. These “Chinese Balls” of the microcosm and macrocosm have no boundaries either, and they expand into infinite levels and dimensions.

For example, Sparks that come to Earth return to their new sphere. Each one has its own characteristics and accommodates Souls of certain qualities. After incarnation, it can move to another orb. The “customs officials” conduct a test to ensure compliance with their environment. If the guest doesn’t meet the requirements, the admission is denied, and the Soul has to find another home similar to its own vibration.

An overobstacle course is very important, programmed and provided for young Souls. They place selves in minerals, plants or animals to experience such a “simple” existence compared to human lives. After completing it, they again forced to return into such “bodies” as soon as possible. When have learned enough, they continue their evolution as earthlings or in energy form. Some choose to be a spiritual assistant to teach less experienced peers. Or go on a new journey. How does this occur?

Externally, our Soul looks like a white cellular structure, similar to a liquid white flame in a honeycomb or protoplasm that can stretch, fold or take on any shape. It glows brightly with the purity of its intentions. When the Soul is interested in an experience, it focuses on the dimension or space where can get the needed track record. The white flame extends one of its tongues, filled with Love and pure attention, illuminating everything in the world around and observing what happens there.

Then, Soul begins to weight that saw and, having made a final decision, is embodied in this place. When all lessons are learned, a white flame tongue draws back into the subtle structure, spiraling into one of the cells where experience is stored. Filled cells glow brightly, while unfilled ones shine more faintly. If each radiates intense Light, it means that all incarnations were effective. Many Souls have less than half their cells loaded.

On this level, the Time doesn’t exist, and it’s not important to the Spark how many incarnations or how many years it will take to master this or that knowledge. On Earth, many Souls often reject their experiences, especially difficult situations when what’s desired is at odds with reality, and there are lots of failures, pain and suffering in life.

In this case, the white flame tongue remains hostage to the space where the tough background occurred until the person reviews it and recognizes its value. The Soul triggers repetition of the same situation over and over in different settings. Its goal is to remove the heavy burden of negativity and fear, hate and shame, guilt, longing and despair. To make right conclusions about how the world functions in that dimension and how manifests self in these circumstances. Integrate this scene into own unique pattern.

From this point, the Soul can clearly see how precious any experience is. ABSOLUTELY ANYONE. The flower of life is interested in blooming in all possible ways to spread self in every direction. Are there monstrous pressures, darkness, and hydrogen sulfide at the bottom of the ocean? And bacteria live in this environment? Great! Radiation, heat of 80 degrees Celsius and wind? And grass grows under these conditions? Wow, how cool! Man without arms and legs, but full of joy and happiness. Wow! Millions of people with arms and legs can’t resist suicidal thoughts. Very interesting!

If the Soul does not want to accept its lessons, doesn’t see value and meaning in it, and refuses it, then the following occurs on the Subtle Plane. One of the attention rays sticks in the space of received but not taken experience, stretching in the form of plume, collecting all sorts of dirt. This makes the Soul much heavier and prevents from overcoming the mental gravity of Earth and leaving this planet.

There is a huge amount of discouraged Souls, who are lost selves and no longer interested in anything. Neither getting experience nor gaining the new skills inspires them anymore. They have not made the decision yet to curtail white flame tongue and come back to the Source, but have stopped moving forward.

Self-awareness and self-discovery are automatically embedded in the Spark. When it comes to individual maturity, understanding also comes. Illusions and ideas about own nature dissolve, and the Soul seeks a way to reconnect energetically and informatively with One. This doesn’t mean that it will necessarily return into It, although such an opportunity is provided. As a rule, the Soul will gradually reveal itself as a multi-dimensional entity, wherever its aspects are located.

Traveling through space, we willingly or unwittingly leave traces of our energy structure in it. We interact with the worlds we inhabit and, in each one, place our parts. They have their own lives and destinies. But there comes a time when we decide to bring them all back together. With lessons they’ve learned and experiences got that we want to incorporate into ourselves. However, we often encounter problems. What are they? Higher laws operating in multi-dimensional realms are distorted in other densities. Aspects of our Soul, left to explore worlds, cease feeling like parts of us. Gaining free will and action freedom, they begin independent evolution. Not everyone is ready, when we try recapturing them.

Of course, as a multidimensional entity, we can always find ways to get our aspects back, but they won’t be the same as were originally. And when embedded back into our Soul, they will bring not only the accumulated skills, experience and information, but also part of the worlds, in which were located. As a result, our primary essence undergoes restructuring and ceases to be what it was before copying.

Many of us are passionate about finding our aspects and assembling them. But carrying the Source’s Spark, the Soul quickly realizes that it is more correct to let go of its parts and not pull them and interfere with their evolution. What has gone must go its own way, and it is not true that losses are irreplaceable. We have replenished our aspects for a long time, though don’t notice it, obsessed with what we lost and preventing them from growing and slowing ourselves down.

According to the Creator, the more we give to the outside world, the more receive in return. The brighter we shine, the purer our Light is. And by dividing into copies that go to other places, we become Creators ourselves. We stabilize these realms, in which we leave our aspects. We grow through them and become parts of these worlds. We drive their evolution, and it is impossible to close it as unpromising.

The Source takes it differently, because not a single Spark has been lost. The droplets have never left the ocean of eternal Intelligence. Some fragments of the infinite consciousness simply visit this physical reality until they decide to expand their field of play. And further, it’s a matter of creativity, free will and choice freedom.

The Spark exits from the Source and begins its unique journey through the Universe, helping One to know Its creations and Self through them. From the Soul’s perspective, the experience of own uniqueness and evolution is very interesting and valuable. It self-creates in conjunction with the Almighty, as an individual consciousness. Every step and every choice shapes who we are as part of the Source and what we’ll be.

If a Soul embodied on Earth is not interested in or does not care of experiences gained, it means that it has stopped valuing its uniqueness. That is how it would say: “Enough is enough! I no longer want to upgrade myself as like no other being. I reject the results and have no desire to proceed.” At this point, reverse gravity occurs and steers towards the Source. The Soul begins striving to dissolve into One and stop its journey and evolution. What happens next?
